Ripped off my elderly parents. Won't refund money for a procedure he never performed. Unnecessary operation on their dog. So he took advantage of their trust, and age. Zero ethics. Don't trust if you love your pet!!

There are some very good people here who provide great care to our pets. However, it can be expensive, and you get nickel-and-dimed at every turn.
