Absolutely FANTASTIC service. Kyle helped me, and he was so incredibly helpful and AWESOME!! He was there within 30 minutes after my tire had a catastrophic blowout from a factory defect; my car didn't come with a spare, just an air pump with tire sealer in it. The tear in my tire was so large that the sealent just leaked everywhere. I was totally stuck. Anyway, Kyle was there 30 minutes quicker than he said he'd be. So great!! It was an extremely stressful situation, but he was calm, quick, and kind. He was very careful with my car, and he came with a flat bed. He backed my car into the bed slowly and carefully. I truly believe he treated my car like it was his own. He allowed me to ride with him to Discount Tire, and I felt extremely comfortable and safe with him. (As a woman, that is so important to me. Even if a woman had picked me up, I wouldn't get in a car with anyone with whom I don't feel safe or have good vibes.) He's easy to talk to, relaxed, extremely polite, and kind. Seriously, it was gold star customer service; in this day and age, that kind of service is so rare. I hope he gets a raise or a gift for going above and beyond. This world needs more people like him. He even saved me a lot of money, probably $20-$30, because I didn't have to call an Uber to take me all the way there. He didn't have to do that--I am so incredibly grateful for his kindness and help. Kyle, if you read this, thank you--I'll pass your kindness on to someone else. Thank you, and God bless ya!! You're so appreciated! :)

They showed up quickly on a Sunday afternoon. Took extreme care with our cR, and even helped to push it up the driveway into the garage! A great experience.

Keep deleting my reviews; I’ll keep posting. I’d give zero stars if it were an option. Last time I checked, a school parking lot was public? If it isn’t, that’s fine, then there have to be posted signs. Guess what? There isn’t, and yet, my sons car was towed by this company.
The most arrogant, rude, condescending staff. $366 for a 3.6 mile impound from a presumed public (based on the lack of signage) lot-no citation from a parking authority nor a tow sheet signed by the parking authority and the tow driver.
So either the lot is public and City Wide neglected to provide a signed tow sheet or citation, or it’s private and the appropriate signs are not posted? Which is it? Either way, a costly mistake for me now and them later for engaging in shady business practices.
I appreciate the response, but that still doesn’t address the issue with your staff. I’ve worked in the service industry for 20 years. I would NEVER speak to customers like that. Obviously it’s different when the company has all of the power; they’re not relying on repeat business. When you have numerous reviews pointing out a problem with employees attitudes, perhaps they’re the problem? The way your front desk person spoke to a CHILD (not mine) who was nothing but polite was appalling. I used City Wide years ago for a personal tow and they were great-new ownership? Justify $362 (my mistake) for 3.6 miles…you literally can’t. $100 a mile? Is that the going rate for towing and impound now? Because a weekend at an impound lot for a Friday DUI in MPLS (just this past one, and no, it wasn’t mine) with a Monday evening pickup was $255. This was a single hour in suburban prison at the behest of a PUBLIC school. The pricing itself is unethical and egregious. I am all about kids learning lessons organically, but prefer the parameters to be at least legal; at best ethical. How many cars did you tow out of the student lot today that had staff parking stickers? I saw 10-15 personally when I was there this afternoon. Who was the authorized “agent” of this “private” property and how is it confirmed/verified by CityWide?
“Explained to me at pickup” is a wild take as well. Was it between snottily asking the baseball-player student what his coach would think of his attitude right now (for the audacity of requesting an itemized receipt) and angrily pointing and grunting at scotch taped directions for pickup? (Because of course, why would your employees waste their breathe on explaining the process to children-pantomiming to the taped down directions is the service expectation here) I must have missed the entirety of that conversation. I did hear a scoff and “it’s a private lot. We can pick up there.” Was that the explanation you speak of? Might want to re-watch that discovery, sir.
Looking back on my Google account, I’ve taken the time to write what? Two negative reviews in my entire existence? Your employees take the trophy from the St. Paul DVS and that, sir, is a FEAT. I’m going to guess none of that $45 administrative fee you’re charging goes back to those employees and they just take it out on us poor souls who are forced to interact with them.

This place is the worst place ever, when I got my car repossessed by carhop when i owned a 2001 chevy Silverado, which eventually I paid off and got back, they had stolen everything from my truck, even my kids' car seat. This place should be ashamed of itself and its theiving employees. It should be shut down. The fact I know the stuff was stolen when I went to meet the driver to retrieve my personal belongings at the speedway in Blaine, it was some fat guy with glasses and his had his little girl in the backseat of his truck, he hands a black garbage of stuff which consisted of a few jackets he looks at me at me and tells me oh I couldn't get in the truck bed because it was locked. I paused for a moment. That lock was always broken, and it never locked, for him to go out the way lie to my face about not being able to get in the truck bed, I knew he had stolen my stuff.

The people were rude not helpful. They had a friends vehicles n they sold them right after they were unlawfully towed to their shop. They tried to tell me they don't sell cars .if that's the case they wouldn't have any room in their yard. Just saying don't ever get a car towed there.

My wife Nanci and I wish to thank Isaiah V. for transporting our CAN AM Spyder RT motorcycle from a street on West Bloomington to Leo's South in Lakeville. Isaiah was courteous, professional and a joyous helping hand in the middle of an unforsaken breakdown. Great work. Excellent customer service.

The controller on the phone was very nice and the tow truck showed up within 10-15 minutes. Was even a long holiday weekend. Thanks!

These people are shady at best. Don’t ever let them take your car. Had subs stolen from our vehicle while in their possession and they were unwilling to work with police. If your car does go there make sure there’s nothing of value because it will be gone. Everyone I talked to there were unprofessional and down right rude. Awful place. Should not be in business.Service: Car towing

Absolute best towing company and impound lot I have ever dealt with. They are nice and friendly and the facility is extremely clean which is rare in the impound industry.
