Drivers were good and scheduling was always done but if you need an eta or anything of the sort your out of luck. Dispatch told me i didnt have anything coming although i got a call the day before telling me it was on its way. Sure enough showed up later in the day.

By the appointment. Nice staff . No overnighting parking. They tell you at 6pm and just be there at 5:55 pm.

Shipment was destroyed. Missing aspects. Damage was concealed and pallet was delivered with no required signature. 120 day claims process. Good luck to me.

They received my order to ship from Home Depot to my location. They did not have the right vehicle to deliver, and despite saying they would call me back 2x to coordinate with Home Depot, they never did. I called Home Depot, who then called these guys and waited for an hour on hold waiting for their manager, who never took the call. There’s just no responsibility or diligence here at all.

Constantly get our products with damage. And our customers have complained about damaged products. They will nickel and dime you. "Our forklifts have scales so if your pallets are off by 25lbs" our scales are certified and get maintenance every 6 months ?

Was quoted for 2 day delivery. 5 days later they keep putting it off and giving a new "estimated delivery" no explanation, no apology, just the statement that estimates are estimates and apparently mean nothing. Will never be using this company again and recommend you don't either.

Our receiving dock asked the driver to wait 10 minutes as he was finishing unloading another delivery. The driver refused and left. It was an extremely important and urgent shipment that was already delayed by Central without informing us. This cost us tens of thousands of dollars in missed deliveries.

Their driver hit our mailbox and ripped it off the post. When dealing with Central Transport and their insurance company, the driver denied any involvement. Bunch of crooks.

Had a tire machine and balancer shipped through Central and Terry from dispatch was helpful as can be in getting my pallets picked up. I don’t know all about the negative feedback from the rest on here, but my experience was great in dealing with them! Great job guys!

If your new to working there,...you have to beg for them to pay you the correct hours. You have to threaten lawsuit to get paid correctly
