Shoutout to Jorge at Caliber Collision, Blaine,Mn. Excellent customer service, very thorough and attentive through not just one repair, but also a second repair in close proximity. This process can be frustrating, however, mine was not due to the level of service received! Much appreciated!

Caliber Collision did an outstanding job on the repair of my car! They kept me up to date over the entire time, worked with my insurance and even finished well before the projected time-frame. You can't tell there was any damage, the repair was so seamless. My car looks better than just a repair--it looks brand new! I highly recommend Caliber Collision -Blaine

I had an amazing experience with this shop. My car was hit while parked in a lot and the whole front end was smashed. It was brand new so I was very concerend that all repairs would be done at the highlest level. Jorge helped me out and put me at ease by answering all my questions and going above and beyound through the whole process. Even sending me pictures of color match which I was nervous about. Work was done quick and I was able to trust that everything was done to the highest level of quality. Made getting a rental smooth. Can not reccomend this shop enough! Thank you to Jorge and the whole team at Caliber!

Repair service and communication was fine. I appreciated the car being cleaned, as well as repaired. I had a driver side headlamp, front bumper and driver side fender replaced. Repairs look good.My lower rating on my experience is due to damage that was sustained when picking up my car. When I picked up my car, I had noticed the driver side mirror was broken. I did inform the repair shop prior to repairs that my driver’s side mirror was already damaged but the glass was still intact and in a functional state. When I picked up my vehicle the glass was clearly cracked and pieces of the glass were missing. The gentleman who pulled my car to the front also mentioned that he saw that the driver side mirror was broken upon pulling my car to the front. I informed one of the associates as soon as I saw the damages and he took pictures and informed Matt, my auto claims guy.I eventually discussed the matter with Matt, my claims guy, and he eventually routed me to his manager. When discussing this matter with the manager he insinuated that the damages occurred due to the mirror already having some damage. I recall him say that those damages “occurred when using a pressure washer, and that could have broken the glass." I doubt that he was familiar with the state of the mirror and assumed many things. The glass on the mirror was fully intact and usable prior to the repairs. The damage to the driver’s side mirror was sustained at the repair shop. The mirror was clearly hit by something and about 1/3 of the glass was missing. They eventually offered to fix the mirror with a used part splitting it 50/50 with me. I did not think this was ok as the mirror was clearly broken under caliber collision's care. I did end up agreeing to this as I did not want to deal with caliber collision any more.I came back later that day as I forgot a few items in the rental car. Caliber collision was able to replace my mirror quickly and upon inspection offered to not charge me for the repairs. Although I ended up getting a replacement for free, the hassle of trying to figure this out was absurd. There was lack of investigation, conclusions were drawn quickly and communication was poor. I did not feel discussing the matter with the manager was helpful and added more frustration to the situation. Overall, I would not come back to this location.

I had estimates done at several shops recommended by my insuror, USAA and chose Caliber due to their recommendation and reviews. Matt Bibeau, Customer Service Consultant, kept me informed throughout the repair process. I have only had the Volvo 2024 V60 back for 2 days, and have not discerned any problems. Subjectively and objectively, Caliber did a great job, and I am well pleased with the quality of their work. Thank you Caliber and Matt!
