I went to the Borofka's Outlet store. I had looked and looked for just the right sofa. I found it. It was delivered this morning. It is beautiful. I love it.

I contacted BARFofka's some years ago for some help with a beautifully crafted crib. As it turns out I didn't end up needing it, however I decided to keep the crib info, just in case. When I reached out to them a couple days ago to see about getting some builder info on the crib they no longer carry I was told by an associate who conferred with her manager that it is against their policy to give out such info. A policy that was not in effect a few years ago. It's such a shame when company policies change to serve ONLY the best interest of the company and not the loyal customers that keep them in business.

I'm sorry... did I just hear Borofka's run a radio ad equating the Memorial Day holiday with soccer?!? I must have heard it wrong. Memorial Day is SOLELY set aside in remembrance of our military men and women who lost their lives in service to their country. Maybe the Borofka's management team got it confused with national barbeque day (May 16th), the first day of summer (June 21st) or national soccer day (July 28th). This is absolutely insulting to the families of those who sacrificed so much for everyone else. Shame on you.

Would never step foot in an borofkas again.Walked in looking to upgrade furniture sets through the whole home with nice high quality replacements and thought that this was the place to buy it. Instead I was met by an overly condescending rude lady that keept treating us like I was just some kid wasting her time. She keept making rude comments saying I should really consider looking at the cloth sofas on the other side of the store as it was more affordable and in my price range.... funny thing is I never gave her an price range or mentioned anything about price and stated multiple times that I was shopping for the an High quality all leather couch set.Due to your employees condescending attitude and treating me like some lower class individual you lost over an 40k sale to another local store that treated us amazing from the moment we walked in.

I will give Borofka's Furniture a 5 out of 5 review!! I, on a whim, stopped in at the Minnetonka store last July to check out couches .I was met by a cordial, knowledgeable sales lady who answered all of my questions and concerns and was able to direct me to a piece of furniture that would meet these concerns. She did make a visit to my home (no charge!!) to look at the space and colors of the room and furniture that this new couch and chair would be coordinating with. . She returned to the store and a few days later had a selection of color coordinated fabrics for me to choose from (having taken with her swatches of my present furniture pieces in the room). I decided on a financing option that I felt would fit my budget. I was well aware having been told that this furniture most likely would not be available until February or March of 2022 due to the shipping problems our country is experiencing at this time. I later returned to the store to relook at my previous financing option and was helped by the store Manager, *****, She was most helpful and I left that day having been put into a financing option that better fit my budget. ***** was personable and professional in her presentation, obviously had clear understanding of my requests and had a quick implementation into my present financing plan. I received several follow up phone calls from ***** reassuring me, and again offering to adjust our decision in any way to make it more satisfactory for me. I am giving ***** and ********* highest marks on customer satisfaction and quality ******************** (high warranty on this furniture!!) without hesitation or second thoughts. ***** was able to make personal adjustment requests to my order which will make my purchase even more satisfactory to me!! I am very satisfied with my purchase , writing this review with good thoughts (as furniture is not a small item purchase these days!!!) and am excited to have delivery when it is available to me. ************

I concur with the previous review of Borofka's customer service. We ordered $6000+ worth of bedroom furniture on February 1, 2021. At the time we were told the "5 week" turnaround they advertise had turned into 14 weeks because of Covid. We were disappointed but understood, and the quality of the furniture seemed worth the wait. Well, we're still waiting, and the quality of the furniture hasn't been put to the test yet. We were just told that a "further delay" meant it wouldn't hit the warehouse until June 11. This was only after a sales associate had checked the computer and told us that 5/21 was "still the date in there". I asked another associate - the one who had been so helpful when we were ordering - to call and check. That's when the delay and 6/11 date were revealed. I asked about canceling the order. Sure, she said, subject to a 30% "restocking fee". I asked "restocking WHAT if the furniture hadn't been made yet?" and she claimed it had been made. Well, if so, why isn't it here? Wisconsin is less than four hours away and trucks run all day long. It shouldn't take three additional weeks to schedule a delivery. I do not believe it has been made, and I don't believe Borofka cares about digging into the details of a $6000 sale. This is my real issue: Borofka seems like an order-taker. They will happily take your order and your money in front, and then wash their hands of the deal and will not advocate on behalf of the customer, dig into the details or exhibit any concern over delays, being satisfied to pass on whatever the manufacturer offers in the way of excuses. This in my opinion is not the way to run a very expensive custom made-to-order business.

Do not waste your money here for a mattress. I had one that I loved and bought a second one. Well, the second one is defective. Their service tech is so rude and should not be allowed to work with the public. He measured with sewing thread an said it was normal wear and tear. But you can see the defects! And the mattress pad that they tell you that you HAVE TO buy, another joke. Why do you need a $100 mattress pad if they aren't going to cover the replacement of defective mattresses?
