Me personally i will never be back in here everything was seems fine until i saw the invoice they said a lot of things they wasn’t need to.
My advice to any company driver try to avoid this place because what they gonna write bs there your company will never like it

Came in with an AC blowing hot air,
Left shop with same hot air blowing blowing out the vents
Was ripped $$$$1,636.86$$$ I call it a highway robbery.
Blaine Brothers replaced AC compressor and dryer, it didn’t help, suddenly clutch stopped to engage, so replaced a pressure valve no luck, connected computer did some diagnostic didn’t find the problem . Advised me to replace freeze sensor and maybe the controller but since it wasn’t in stock couldn’t throw it in. I Spent 8 hours waiting in the shop so they could diagnose the problem but no luck.
I survived two hot days went to a different shop. They did a 15 minute diagnostic and told me that the new AC compressor that was installed by Blaine Brothers was bad. Replaced compressor and I was out in 3 hours. Paid a $1000 and now it’s fixed.
If you charge $180 per hour for labor you should know what you’re doing. And be able to perform a 15 minute diagnostic in less than 5 hours.
When I came blain to Brothers, my AC clutch was engaging, it was getting electric signal.
After they put a new compressor the new clutch would not engage. Is it that hard to understand what happened? And there were quite a few mechanics in the shop…
By the way the other Shop that found problem in 15 minutes charges 125$ bucks per hour not $180 and did much much better job.
The only reason I went to Blain Brothers I I thought they know what they doing.
Save yourself big money nerves and time stay away from this place!

We have had our truck here twice for repairs. Neither time did they fix anything. They claimed they diagnosed it yet today it went to cat and completely different part than what they stated it was. Went for an ac problem nothing fixed there diagnosis was replace every part almost besides compressor. And completely missed a huge rats nest where they should have seen it if they were doing proper diagnostics. Would definitely find a better shop. As I won’t be back to this location again! After waiting for a week an a half for an estimate I had another shop fix both problems. At half the cost! If a proper diagnostic where done near would have been found. And proper problems would have been addressed. What they are calling a heater core clog is far from what I’m talking about. I have pics to show from when I was at another shop and the huge nest got pulled out!

In February 2024 they replaced a transmission on our truck. In June the transmission went out again. They charged us $1500 for towing the truck back. This time they had the truck for a month and tried to tell me transmission was OK even though the fluid smelled burned. After driver picked up the truck and transmission wasn't shifting correctly right out of the gate, they agreed to replace it. Now, after installing a new transmission again, they want to charge us $3100 pending manufacturer's approval of warranty. This is truly a useless warranty, since the money will be tied up for God knows how long. I'm never taking my truck there again.

This place over charges. Called for service call to get a simple boost. Waited about an hour and a half for the service truck to arrive. I already had the battery covers off ready for the guy. Once he got there it was less than 5 minutes it took to get me going and roll up his cables. $552.39 it cost me. Never again.
