The staff at Blaine is fantastic. They not only care about your pet, they also care about you. Dr. Lamberth is an exceptional vet and is completely honest about what she can or can not do . Unlike a lot of veterinarians she only recommends the treatments that your pet needs.

Blaine Area Pet Hospital has the best staff! Dr. Lamberth is so caring and thorough, and the vet techs make the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place. They have taken great care of my Poppy.

Used to really love it here. My dog was really sick this summer and the countless appointments and money spent never lead to an answer on what’s going on. Just prescribed him more meds that didnt do anything for his health and thankfully I went to get a second opinion to figure out what was going on. Just super sad this place used to be so good. They just try to get as many appointments in as possible and you’ll be in the room for 2 minutes and then have to swipe your card for hundreds.. they don’t really care about your animals, just the money. Back in the day they even doubled up on my little girls rabies shots after I had told them she was up to date. They give out waaaaay too many shots because my new place says they shouldn’t have given dogs certain shots every year and they forsure do! So just watch out…. Make sure to look at every little thing they are doing. Will never return here!

I'm thrilled to give a five-star review to Blaine Area Pet Hospital! Making appointments is a breeze, and the staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely loves animals. My dog adores going there, and it's refreshing that they don't push unnecessary services or products. They are also helpful in answering questions when I call, instead of making me come in each time. It's a warm and caring environment that prioritizes the well-being of our furry friends. Highly recommended!

My sphynx cat had been in the ER the night before. I called to speak to Dr Epping right away the next morning. He refused my call and said you need a heart dr. Sad he turned an animal away. I was happy to know Kelly Animal Hospital took my cat in immediately and did labs and X-rays. They got my cat in for a cardio echocardiogram 3 days later. Within a week we have a plan with a vet who would take the time to help my cat and reassure me we have a good plan. Shame on you Dr. Epping for being so selfish and an arrogant dr!

Don’t go here if you want a supportive vet in one of the hardest times owners have to go through. We had a dog who was aggressively attacking our small dog without any sort of rhyme or reason. We’ve been dealing with it since 2018- tried meds, trainers, barriers, etc. The aggression was getting worse and our lab attacked the small dog Monday and really hurt her. We made the difficult decision to say goodbye and told them at on the phone while making the appointment. We prepared, said goodbyes (we were going to be with her as she left this world) and he then told us that it’s a “rule” that she couldn’t be euthanized because she bit a dog and it hasn’t been 14 days since the attack and that we had to take her back home- even though she was a danger to our other pets. There is NO rule like this and she never bit a human- just other dogs. He tried using guilt and pretend “rules” that even his own staff was unaware of. I would not suggest going here, especially when making difficult end of life/behavioral decisions. This was not a decision we came to out of connivence- it was a decision based on the safety of the other animals in our home, as well as for the well-being of our dog who was doing the attacking. I’ve never been so disappointed with a vet clinic. Do better. Your job isn’t to guilt people when they have to make difficult decisions. Your job is to help the animals and the owners. Thankfully we found another amazing clinic the same day that helped us tremendously during one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever made. If you want to feel shame and guilt and be fed lies then this is the place for that. Dr. Epping was judgmental and just used shame and guilt to try and change our mind and told us “no one else can help us because of this “rule” that only he is aware of. And by the way- we found help the same day. Our dog is at peace and our other pets are safer now. Thank you for helping us find a better, amazing and understanding vet clinic- and it definitely isn’t this one.

The reception people were awesome. But I had a new kitten with really bad diarrhea and how so sick and the vet would not give him anything for it, they said let's see if he gets better. So I got him to rice creek and they were very concerned but him on a different diet and a medication ,that he ended up taking twice to get better.

We brought our two dogs to Blaine Area Pet Hospital because they had had diarrhea for a few days. The doctor obviously diagnosed it correctly when they gave us two medicines for the dogs. Within a day of the first pills, both dogs quickly recovered to where they wanted eat again and their still became harder. The people there are just wonderful and you can see they love animals and their jobs. We have been very happy with Blaine Area Pet Hospital.

I've been seeing Dr. Lamberth since May of 2011 when we adopted our first Pomeranian (Leo) and in June of 2015 we adopted our second Pomeranian (Ted) We wouldn't trust any other Vet!All the technicians are great with our animals but they've grown up with Christy, they hear her voice and they just perk right up!! These two ladies are like family and I trust them with my boys!
