Bought a jeep grand cherokee end of July 2024 under a 15 day 500 mile warranty. First the milage start was when they entered it into the computer not after my test drive. The transmission mission had to be rebuild after driving it home and to the car wash which they paid for but for a rebuild transmission it's not as smooth as I thought it should be and im still on the same quarter of tank of gas that was in it. They had my jeep for 3 days and they wouldn't restart my original warranty even though I had it for one day and put less than 10 miles on it. Last I just found out that 100% disabled veterans don't have to pay sales tax on vehicles starting July 1, 2024 something the dealer should of known and also realized I qualified with it saying it on my driver's license that he made a copy of. Update: Just filled up for the first time and the fuel filler was broken and just placed in there and came off when I pulled the nozzle out and came with no gas cap.

I've visited here on a few different occasions and each time I was met with indifference at best. This past occasion was no different as I went in to look at a Denali they had. Trent felt his bully sales tactics were the answer after I was called away to work the day we were to finalize, even though I had a deposit down. He wanted it done on his timeline and essentially threatened to pull the deal off the table. Instead, I canceled it and bought a Denali at a dealer that actually had customer service. They are pompous, arrogant, and display an overall disregard for the customer.

They have a decent variety if vehicles. The salesman i dealt with was alright. He did work with me on an issue that was out if my control, and I appreciate that.
About a week later after I bought a 2018 with 40k miles, I stopped in to ask about the "dealership warranty, 30 Day/1000 miles" that they offer on many of their vehicles, including the one I bought. I was told that it really doesn't cover anything, and was quite rude about it. Thats all he said and couldn't say much else.
If your looking at a vehicle here make sure to bring it to a mechanic for a used vehicle inspection before buying it. Im going to be out several hundred dollars less than a month after buying a car with 40k miles. I was supposed to get a car fax with my paperwork which I didn't get either, so thats another 40 dollars on me. I regret bringing them the extra key and key fob I found after I traded my truck in.
I've dealt with many dealerships in the past. Had great experiences. Here not so much.
Try "Perfect 10 Auto" in Spring Lake Park. Had nothing but a GREAT experience with Kevin there. Even when I had an issue with a BMW I bought from them. They were right on it to fix it and make it right, not push me back out the door.

Stay far away from this business! Be sure to read ALL of the reviews before purchasing here. They sell lemons, I bought a 2016 town and country from them and am now replacing the motor for $4500 about 1 months into ownership. This is two weeks after the dealership replaced the cam and lifters due to a tick that developed the next day after purchase. You have been warned! Take your money else where and save the headache!

These people are very vague especially mark. They ruined my credit even tho I asked a million questions they said I could get a car ruined my credit history and then denied me even though I asked a million questions that would have prevented this after that he told me “go to car hop” walked away and called me a racial slur

I drove over 2 1/2 hrs after getting off work about a little over a week ago to go look at a 2014 dodge charger AWD i looked and ran the numbers and was honestly interested in the vehicle but had a couple questions and some concerns about the vehicle and fluids i seen leaking on the top of the engine i left the sales representative that showed me the vehicle my number and he told me he would have it checked out and give me a call but that never happened so I call today to find out that they literally just sold it yesterday.
No respectable business much less salesman should lie to a customer if you had no interest in selling me the vehicle you should've just said that and honestly i hope that customer didnt get screwed over cause of an issue i know y'all would'nt of been honest about.

I bought a truck from them one week ago, and already realize I was screwed. I purchased what I thought was a fairly clean 2015 Silverado from them, which had the usual small dings and scratches that come with a used vehicle. One week later, the rear wheel well on the passenger side has over 20 bubbles in the paint, exposing their bad attempt at covering and hiding existing rust. Incredibly pissed I got scammed and didn’t see through their cheap tactic at making vehicles look better than they are.
Don’t believe the other 5 star reviews for this dealership, they sent me a letter offering me a $20 gas card if I leave them a 5 star review.

What a tremendous staff. I came in Memorial Day weekend. Right off the bat the team was attentive and helped me find some vehicles in my range. I was able to efficiently test drive a couple vehicles and found my 2014 Ford Escape. You can tell they take great care of their vehicles. Also, when going over all the paperwork, they explained everything and were so friendly. - Thank you Bedrock Motors!

Purchased a 2013 ram 1500 st from bedrock.
Everything was smooth from the testdrive to the purchase. Salesman didnt push a bunch of extras on me, were very friendly. Very responsive to phone calls and emails, and didnt lie about the vehicle.
