Went in to buy a chair and they threatened to call security on me and my friend. Then the employee asked for my ID which is in called for. As we were leaving he started insulting us. Do not go here the employees are jerks.

Only used as a walkway into the mall, but noticed how big, open & clean this store is. They have some really nice looking pieces of furniture, but I didn't note any of the prices.

Zach, the manager, was super helpful and kind. I’d love to give this a 5/5 but the third party delivery with Bungii was a nightmare. Zach went above and beyond to keep us in the loop and made sure our furniture arrived.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a sectional, recliner and ottoman from this company back in December. The sectional was delivered with screws sticking out of the back ripping the leather. I rejected the sectional and they said they would take the back off and replace at my home. I said no I did not purchase a refurbished sectional. They said that is their policy. I still have not been notified if the recliner or ottomen are even in. I ordered them 3 months ago. Terrible communication and the sectional is still sitting in my garage where they delivered it. Very unprofessional service department.

This location has a lot of furniture with pretty good pricing. I was greeted right when I came in the store and the associates pointed me to where I could find the specific type of furniture I was looking for with very little pressure. Convenient as it is connected to the mall if you have more shopping to do and very close to a lot of restaurants.

Dear everyone,Ask for Joe! As a mom due with my 3rd kid I needed to find the right size, material, and color to accommodate my family, without breaking the bank. I also wanted someone to give it to me straight. He found the perfect couch, the perfect price, the perfect warranty. AND had it delivered, brought in and installed. One happy mama!

Not ventilated, bad smell throughout store. Prices not good . Regular prices jacked way up to make discount look good, but in reality, wanted high prices for ugly, sometimes worn-out, outdated furniture!

Buyer beware. I bought a $3,000 sectional reclining sofa, paid for the warranty and for delivery. From day 1 one of the sections of the sofa was never delivered and one section clunked on the recline. Within a week a switch on another section of the sofa went out.After a missed delivery appointment for the missing component I inquired if there was anything they could do to make things right.After 6 weeks of dealing with this we were finally told that they could not fix the sofa and that the most they would do for us is to return the sofa and either credit our original payment or give us in store credit that might provide us with a "speedier replacement".Store manager Zach will string you along and talk over you on the phone as he pitches his policy talk about how their furniture is sold "as is" and how he is working to see what he can do for you which in the end will be nothing.Be prepared to explain things multiple times to each person that works at this store and when you think they have finally heard what you are saying, you will find that they still have not listened to anything you have told them.If you are buying anything short of maintenance free deck furniture, I would avoid this place like the plague.Becker Furniture is leaving my family without a sofa to sit in for our family get together this Christmas and you can be sure that I will pass this story on to everyone we talk to this holiday season as we enjoy Christmas morning on the floor.

this place is junk I purchase $2000 recliner they delivered it to me and it doesn't work well I called 3 days later they made me an appointment with the technician who never showed up after that I called every day for two weeks finally they answer and i guy Zack the supervisor said he would take care of it nothing happens 3 days later/ today when he called again he said that it was already many days and they couldn't do anything.
