Love this place! They are very helpful in helping you get the correct hair product. The gal even gave me a few samples to try to see if I like that product before buying a whole bottle.

This is the HQ so if you are just going to shop, there are faster in and out shops. I went for a sale so it was an awesome deal and worth the trip plus a long walk from parking lot.
Nice Cafe with healthy options, seems to be open to the public. Need to check that out.

What a beautiful store! The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Everything is spotless and well organized, even after two days of a big sale. I was able to try new products, get samples, and purchase everything I needed. Thank you Shayna and crew! I appreciate your assistance and expertise plus learning more about the Aveda campus and organization. It sounds like a great place to work with lots of employee appreciation and perks. Very impressive and welcoming overall.

I placed an order for $59 on September 19th which, at the time, qualified for free shipping. I received a notice on September 23rd from PayPal that Aveda had amended the charges from $59 to $63 without notice or explanation from Aveda. I can only assume that the charge was for shipping which had initially been free, but that is purely speculation as Aveda won't say why.
On September 24th, I received a notice stating that my order would be arriving "tomorrow." Traditionally, "tomorrow" is defined as the next day. Yet here I am, two days after receiving the email, without product.
Suffice to say that, while my household enjoys Aveda's products, we will not be using their site or services in the future. A company that upcharges without an explanation and doesn't understand the concept of "tomorrow" isn't an organization I want to deal with directly.

FYSA - for your situational awareness, Aveda doesn’t care about who duplicates their product or use their brand. Maybe avoid and not buy their product since they don’t stand behind their brand.

Oh my goodness, I found an Aveda close to my house. I didn’t realize they were there. I knew the Aveda was there where they make all of their products. I didn’t realize they also had a store there. I was not surprised I was displayed I was greeted at the door. People were amazing. I ordered online to pick up my stuff, but they were telling me about different events. They have there and I looked around. I couldn’t believe they have a solar Facility-the entire facility is environmentally, friendly and sustainable. I was so impressed by the footprint. It has there and if you haven’t found this Aveda store yet, I’m strongly encouraging you get up there and check it out. Meet the wonderful people who work in the store. I know they do training there as well. What I love about Aveda is that they don’t do any animal testing so it’s definitely a place you need to check out. I will be back !!

I was chosen as a hair dye test subject and had so much fun getting my hair colored by the friendly, talented stylists at Aveda. I thought it was fascinating that the chemists designing the Aveda hair dye products came to inspect my hair to decide whether any changes to the dye design needed to be made.
