Mario was super helpful and sweet. Got us what we needed and made great conversation too! There was another kid that was trying to rush us while Mario was helping us check out which was very unprofessional and irritating.

Went to this store for a radiator hose because I was told by 2 separate stores that this is the closest one that had the part. Walked in and was stared at by 5 employees who, evidently, would rather stand around and talk than help the customer. When I was finally helped I was told that the part was not in stock here or anywhere else, I asked if they were sure. The extremely rude response of "Yes. That's why you call this store directly and ask instead of looking at the website." I agree with the other reviews, the employees are extremely rude and don't care about helping. I am extremely displeased and this experience has only solidified my preference for O'Reillys.

Prices are a little high. Sell "kits" that have 1 piece I need and 3-4 others I don't. One real huge plus is the location close to me is open until midnight 7 days a week.

Had a very rude employee help me out. I simply was here to pickup an order for my fiancé but she was giving all sorts of attitude. I had a barcode to show, and they had his contact info so if it was such an issue that I was here instead of him to pick it up they could’ve contacted him. I did not know I wasn’t allowed to pick up for someone else. But she seemed very irritated with me and other customers that she helped prior.
When I came back into the store with the ID she asked me for, she threw the boxes on the counter next to her and had someone else help me. The second employee couldn’t care less who I was or who was picking up the order.

I have been a long time customer of AutoZone and for the last few parts I have called to get prices on have been double and triple the competitors cost. Mostly because AutoZone only has the most expensive parts in stock. I am very disappointed in your company. It is clear that you are manipulating the customer by saying that the fair priced or mid-grade parts are unavailable so the customer has to purchase the over priced items. Shame on you! You get no more chances
