The staff at RCC is always available to help to resolve any issues or questions that arise. They have done some custom items for us with reporting that makes my job easier. It is easy to reach someone by phone and are timely to respond to email correspondence. All the employees at RCC that I talk to seem to have our interests in mind with any feedback or questions we have for them, and they all have the attitude of taking care of their customer, me! We have used RCC for years and their service is the best I have dealt with.

I've had great experiences with RCC! Jamie is always VERY helpful when I have questions or need help with a project. If she can't help me, she finds someone who can! Freddie has also been very helpful when I have questions about new services or modules. Really, anyone I've had to interact with has been pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. And they are always looking for ways to make their product and the experience better. It is a pleasure doing business with RCC!

RCC is always polite and helps us with any issues we have with the software. The new dispatch manager is the best, makes scheduling and making deliveries so much easier. We have also been using the web services and also the Auto Pay feature which customers absolutely love. They are always open to suggestions and feedback and with V10 they are constantly updating and making changes to make things better.

RCC has helped us grow out of the dark ages of fuel delivery to a seamless integration from their Mobile Office on the Go in our trucks to the back office. Their cloud based office has saved us from lost data and equipment failure that is looming over every company that relies on local backup of their data. Check them out and compare the difference. We are a family based business too and have been a customer for 30+ years. We have enjoyed being a part of their growth in the industry as well. When I call with questions or for IT support, I get a friendly person on the phone who is very helpful in getting me to the right group to help me out. They are consistently working to meet every one of their customers specific needs to help them manage their business. When I ask for information on products or procedures, they are quick with the answer and any assistance I need. Thoroughly enjoy working with the fine people at RCC!

We were really nervous about changing software systems, but it was time. It turns out, all our fears were completely unfounded with RCC.Our transition to their software has been painless, our transition/training team has been patient, helpful, and all-around excellent.I've also never worked with a company of any kind that is so open to suggestions (which they actually listen to and act on). We've been impressed with them every single step of the way, and we are so, so glad to be working with RCC.

We have used Rural Computer Consultants since July 2003. We use the Fuel, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Payroll Modules and we love it. We also use MOGO tablets for fuel delivery and service work. Their employees are pleasant and very knowledgeable.
