Blake Rondo has been plowing me out of the MN freeze for a few years. He encouraged me to get my roof appraised/replaced through insurance and his dad’s construction company. Ray (owner) bent over backwards to help me through the entire process. My roof looks amazing and is completely up to code now. Thank you for your help and for a job very well done!

The Rondo Construction team recently finished work on my house due to some storm damage incurred this past summer. Throughout the process they had great communication…communicated what they would do and when they would do it and delivered. Very professional team that took care of my home as if it were their own. We would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of any home improvements or storm damage work.

Ray and his company dealt with the insurance company and helped us get our house repaired when others in the are where not interested. I found out about him from a co-worker as we were talking about our houses damage and that I was struggling to find a good contractor. A personal thank you, Rondo’s construction!

Ray and team did a great job replacing my roof after storm damage. The team was professional, timely and great quality of work. Ray was a great resource to help navigate the insurance claim process. I provided Ray with the insurance claim information, choose which shingle I wanted and Ray and team did the rest. Hassle free experience!

Rondo's contracted to take care of storm damage to our home. They reviewed the damage to insure that there was a legitimate claim. Then they worked with the insurance company and the claims adjuster to make sure we had the proper repairs approved. As a home owner, they kept me in the loop as they proceeded with the repairs and took care of everything so that I didn't need to get between them and the insurance company. The repairs were very well done and timely. I would definitely highly recommend Rondo's and have already referred them to do work on my daughter's home.Lyle Herog

Edit :Sept 2023After moving we had hail damage in our new house, The Rondos were the first people I thought of after the door knocker left. We made some modifications from just doing the roof, and Ray was more than willing to help.8 years later, I would still recommend them.Original:I had some wind damage to the shingles on my roof. A co-worker recommended I talk to Ray about it. Turns out it was covered under my insurance, and I managed to get the whole thing replaced.The whole experience was great from start to finish, Ray is a very easy guy to talk to, he doesn't give the runaround on stuff.Would definitely recommend these guys.

We had a great experience working with Rondo’s construction. Ray came highly recommended from friends and family in the community. When we had a hail storm come through and damage our home, Ray was quick to respond and come out. He explained what we had for damage and walked us through the steps. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of. He was an advocate on our behalf with the insurance agents/adjusters, making it a very smooth and easy process. Would definitely use again if ever in the future!

This is the second time we've worked with The Rondo’s Construction to fix the hail damage we had to our roof and siding on our house. I’d say he’s one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. He was very thorough, professional and his communication throughout the whole process was great. When the insurance company was not going to give us a full siding replacement because they said we could color match, Ray took the initiative to work with them to get the complete job done. Ray has helped us with 3 major projects so far and we love everything he has done. First was replacing our deck. Second was to replace floors from water damage from a frozen pipe. We had him do a kitchen remodel at the same time. Third now was hail damage to our roof and siding. We are very happy with the new look. He had his team correct what a previous contractor did wrong on our roof years ago. He went to bat with our insurance company to cover everything. We will only use Ray going forward. Thank you Ray. :)

We had multiple contractors come out to replace our kitchen floor. Time after time they were all words and no action. But then we had Ray come out. From our first meeting, we knew Ray had what it takes! It was a difficult job and had a time sensitive completion date and Ray delivered! Everything looks amazing and we could not be happier!
