Jon's inspection was comprehensive. He addressed concerns during our walk-through and provided insightful solutions in his email. I would recommend Jon to any buyer who wants to ensure they're not walking into unknown circumstances with a home purchase or to home sellers who want to ensure they're offering their home in sellable condition to potential buyers.

He did a wonderful job !! Not only did he finds things we didn’t he went above and beyond and offered insights to us as we have never looked at a home . His customer services were amazing ! His knowledge and patience with us was nothing but exceptional . He showed us every little thing and let us know what way to fix them and how long he will expect it to be fixed.

Jonathan not only did a thorough inspection, but he also gave us pointers of how we can solve the issues on our own. He was very knowledgable and felt we left our inspection with a good understanding of the house we were trying to purchase. I would highly recommend him!

Our home inspection with Jon went smoothly and he is extremely informative and professional. He came out to our house in a timely manner, was on time and gave lots of information about the property and how to properly maintain aspects of our home. I appreciate the information he provided and the in depth inspection report he provided a few hours after the inspection. Worked with Jon to have our newly purchased home inspected. Jon was super thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. As new homeowners, he took his time explaining all his findings and then followed up with a detailed report (with images). I'm glad I found him for my home inspection. He was able to fit me in quick. When I showed up he had everything ready to review. He goes through every detail like he is buy the house himself. He gave me examples of how or what would fix the problem. It's all saved in a nice pdf document.
