For me Kwik Trip locations are always the cleanest and most preferred stop for the family. The Big Lake location near my office is one of the best. Always friendly staff and they do a wonderful job of making sure the hot food stays full during the mad after work rush!

I wish you would fix your tap to pay at the pumps. Literally tried half the pumps before I found one that the tap to pay would work. I'm so tired of my credit card being skimmed at gas pumps that I will not swipe my card. I only use tap to pay at the pumps. It's really inconvenient when I try to pay and end up having to go to another gas station to use their pumps

Matthew was a super big help when I ran into a little payment issue and he was kind and courteous. Gas prices are nice too.

John the man at the register was rude. Customer service is not available at the store its sad. Everyone acts like it sucks they have to wait on you .

Store has gone downhill. used to be regular loyal customer haven’t been back in months. The food is usually either burnt or scorched which you can’t eat so you end up throwing away $7 to $10 a day very disappointed. Tried it again today after months and I believe it is no better possibly even worse. Bad food and few options kept stocked.

I love kwik trips so I was very excited when they built one in Big Lake. They always have bread, banana, avocados and potatoes priced lower then anyone. Then they also have great deals thru out the store each week. Employees are friendly and the stores are clean.
