Literally drove to 4 different pumps to get gas and none of the tap to pay feature on the pumps worked. I left and went to Lil dukes across 10 because theirs work. 8 times in 3 years my card was skimmed from Casey's. I'm not swipping at pumps. Fix yalls tap to pay feature on the pumps.

Pizza has been so inconsistent since moving into the newer location. Figure out the portion size for a cheese pizza please. One time it's barely any, this time there's way way too much. All the cheese is now on one side of the pizza.

I’ve lived in this town my whole life. Never once have I ever had any issues with the Casey’s Store or it’s employees. This review is not meant to target them and I just want to make that very clear. HOWEVER, their pizza chefs are incompetent (undertrained.) It took almost an HOUR to get my pizza order filled and MADE RIGHT. I ordered my pizza online and it said it would be done no later than 7:19pm. I did not walk out the door with my order until 8:10pm. Plus-size or larger individual, baby-faced, and very confused employee had to ask me over 9-10 times what my name was. Was making pizzas for older orders from that day CLOSE to my name but not exact. Once I FINALLY thought he did his job and got it right, it was my first name but the wrong last name. Thank you to the manager who realized the incompetence of this employee and stepped in, got my order right and didn’t make me pay, along with some free breadsticks. I just want to say one more time this review is not meant to target you, or the clerks at the gas station. You all did an amazing job. I just ask you do something about your pizza kitchen, as I do appreciate the gratitude of the free breadsticks, I had to wait almost an HOUR. That is time and patience I will never get back thanks to you. I would have gone to pizza factory like I always do IF IT LITERALLY WAS NOT ON FIRE AND BEING REMODELED AS WE SPEAK. I’ve lived in this town my entire life and I promise you I will NEVER order pizza from this Casey’s again, let alone pump gas there. Absolutely asinine behavior from an incompetent and arrogant pizza chef. Again sorry to the manager who did an amazing job, you deserve way better employees for how hard you work and how skillful you are in your profession. You did everything in your power to make my order right and I can’t thank you enough. I’m still never coming back because of your employee.

Love this place so friendly great staff and there pizza is good.Staff is great but Casey's in general has just gone downhill. Half the time the store can't even be open because their internet doesn't work. And they have started being very short on products. Very understaffed also.

This gas station is very poorly managed. They usually don't have most of what they sell at the hot food section. Sometimes they only take cash. They are even closed randomly some mornings and when they're aren't, they are short handed. Save a trip and go elsewhere. Employees are nice though.

The manager of this store allowed her husband to lie to hr to get her employees fired. All the god kitchen employees are gone and she refuses to help train new ones

Stopped to get gas. Advertised price was $3.14. Pump price was $3.29. Noticed after I started pumping so went in afterwards to tell the cashier. And asked to get credit for the actual advertised price. She said she was unable to do that. Well that’s false advertising and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Especially when everyone else’s advertised prices were 10 cents cheaper. That’s not the way to do business. I understand it was only $3. However it’s the point.
