Ordered item from through Amazon. BPAthletics description shows One Size but you do not know what size it will be until you receive the package. BPAthletics' Returns and Exchanges section on Amazon states, under Brand New Products, "All items must be returned brand new condition, in original packaging and with all applicable tags and/or labels. Anything with damaged product packaging, pet hair, cigarette smell, etc. that would prevent the item(s) from being resold as new will incur no less than a 15% restocking fee." I feel the 15% fee plus me paying the return shipping fee fair if the product did not fit and the packaging was opened. However, BPAthletics has contacted me stating they will not accept the return if the package was opened, which I did to see if it would fit. Very misleading.

Great company. I got a bat as a gift but unfortunately I can't use it in my league. I needed to exchange it and with my experience with other companies I was dreading the process but with BP athletics it was seamless. The staff was amazingly helpful and even help me pick out the perfect bat for my league. Highly recommend!

I ordered some from BP's Amazon site and realized that I would be out of town when my order arrived... as predictable as Minnesota weather is... it rained while I was out of town with my shipment sitting in front of my door... I got home... to see my package at my front door and BP had taken the extra effort to ship it in plastic... THANK YOU BP!!!!! Your customer service made my day!

I ordered a bat at 11:30 Alaska Standard time on a Monday. And today is 11:55 on Thursday and the bat I ordered is already here in hand, all the way in Alaska!

My team bought me a bat I was so excited but unfortunately I was unable to use the bat because of my league. Zach was great helping me get the bat returned and even had great suggestions for my new bat. I would definitely recommend this company!
