Had a blown spark plug, definitely thought it was a bigger deal than it was. Jared was very helpful, and explained reasons for why the issue was caused and gave a very straight forward plan of action to repair the issue. I have been very pleased with the repairs and my truck is running as if nothing had happened! Highly recommend and will bring my vehicle here next time.

My husband and I are from out of town, and own an F350 truck. We are pulling a fifth wheel and noticed some issues with our turbo. We tried calling many mechanic shops in the area, but nobody could fit us in or wanted to give us the time of day. We ended up finding Complete Auto Service Big Lake Inc. and gave them a call. They fit us in right away, and had the parts we needed on hand. We were back on the road in one hour. We HIGHLY recommend them for any vehicle servicing needs you have!

Wesley and his team deserve a shout-out. They will address the customer concerns and will not pressure you into additional work unless it is authorized and absolutely necessary. I unfortunately opted to utilize an aftermarket part to save a buck and unfortunately it did not work with my vehicle. Wesley ensured an OEM part was ordered and extended grace to me. Complete Auto Service clearly values client relationships and their honesty, grace, and professionalism has earned my trust. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for future concerns.

My dash lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights and Ford couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks. I called Complete Auto Care and they not only squeezed me in the next day, they got my issues diagnosed and fixed well before I expected. It’s hard to find a shop that will get you in right away so I really appreciate they got my vehicle in drivable condition so quickly. Thanks a ton! I will be back.

Called to get a quote on my vehicle and the service writer had one immediately. He was able to tell me the exact price out the door. Service was fast but didn’t seem rushed. We got a loaner car which was clean and convenient. Our vehicle is in perfect shape now. Strongly recommend at least calling this company to get a quote. I think everyone would be very impressed. I would go back for any vehicle problems. Jared did a fantastic job, got me in same day for my wife’s car and even had the loaner vehicle warming up outside for us when we got there.
