“Recently bought a used engine for my Rav4 from Susie at Rite away. She took the time to bring me back and show me the engine, which I thought was pretty out of the ordinary. They even delivered the engine to the mechanic for me ( happened to be just down the road). After a botched install by the mechanic, and blaming Rite Away for a bad engine, Susie insisted the engine was in great shape and offered to pull the engine and check for leaks. They found the leak, caused by the mechanic and replaced the rear main seal. 4,000 miles later and it’s still running excellent. I am beyond words impressed with the level of customer service I was given and will be a long time customer! Great People, fair pricing!”

Stopped in and asked to see if they could check what the issue was and Trevor was more than happy to help. He was very friendly and explained what the issue was in detail and helped us reset it. Thankfully it was nothing big. He was very knowledgeable with what he was doing and does a great job of explaining the issue. I truly appreciate customer service.”
