No one ever answers the phone and they always say you need an appointment even for services that only take a few minutes cause they have zero staff.

They never answer their phones. Just hire someone to handle switchboard and phone calls, it's really not that hard. Plenty of people looking for jobs. You're literally one of the country's largest banking corporation and you can't afford to take a phone call? Shameful business practice.
