Prices are amazing, selections are numerous and staff is cheerful. Get there first thing in the morning (9 AM) for the best selection and be prepared to wait in line to check out. Remember to bring cash!”

“I cannot even express how much I love Up Thrift! The best part is not just the awesome clothing finds, but my 9 year old son loves to shop with me! He could spend hours looking at all the fun toys and fun foods while I get my thrift fix. Staff are so friendly and helpful and all around great place to shop on a bargain!! “I am thankful for Bemidjis thrift stores. TBN was one of the first. Same friendly family always running it. The business has outgrown its space so it is crowded and squished. Definitely not handicap accessible. Prices higher than a few other local thrift store but being right next to Goodwill they need to compete with Goodwills high prices. I mean, these ARE used items. It's hard to make money selling used stuff. You receive a lot of unsellable items and receive more than you can handle. It's a difficult niche.”

“Many people talk about the price of things here being high, I would disagree. However, I only go here to find trinkets so I'm not really looking at prices of other things. They dont have a lot of amazing things, but that just makes it even more rewarding when you find something you love. Overall I think this place is quite nice.”
“I feel like a kid in the candy store when I visit this place. I am always trying to buy everything. So much nostalgia for me. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted right away and also an associate does ask me if I need any help. Very polite and courteous. The environment is so laid back. This store has pretty much everything like old school games and consoles, different varieties of reading material, lanyards, guitar picks, controllers and many, many more. I highly recommend coming here if you're wanting to take a step back in time to your childhood.”
