Fit me in last minute. I have had nothing but bad experiences with nail salons. The nails pop off a day later or they file to much off. Not this place. She filed just enough to make a good bed for the glue and acrylic to adhere to, and the nails stayed on beautifully. Highly recommend. The lady the owns it did my nails.

i wish i could listen to ppl i went to the shop before 20 min early from my appointment and the lady whom talk to me she don't want me to stay in the nail salon sje ask me to come back i told her ok i will set in my car and i left there was a lady who is done her nail i can tell how she feel bad about me i went when it 1pm and she told me she don't have a supplys to remove my nail i want to comfort her but i don't want make a seen they use the same supply to remove gel or deep i left but the truth is all nail don't want serve us it is because of our color i see discrimination in color in bemidji MN

I’m from out of town just wanted to have my nails done. Remove gel polish and put on different color. Not very friendly and the machine to put nails in wasn’t working properly. I know how these work not my first rodeo. Please fix machine and don’t treat people like they don’t know what they’re doing. nails when done little rough spots, I asked to smooth rough spots and gentle said what you want me to do. Umm smooth rough down. Not sure if I’d use this business again.Service: Gel manicures

If I could post this review with zero stars, I would! Never ever again will I be giving my hard earned money to these people. The pathetic excuse for a pedicure was missing the leg scrub & message. There was no foot massage nor any callus removal option. I asked for gel polish.... BIG mistake! In my experience, gel polish usually is a $5 upcharge. The lady proceeded to charge me $15 for gel polish. Then the lady was extremely rude when I asked about the high charge & obviously did not have any care if the customer was happy. Too busy watching their soap opera to care about repeat business. Thank God I didn't get a design, since they couldn't do one anyway. So for $50 I got a terrible pedicure that I could've done at home for free! My advice, don't go!Service: Pedicure

Worst salon ever. Charged 85.00 for an 8 year olds mani and pedi. Took under 45 minutes for both. Rude and mean. Didn't even have a crystal to put on my grand daughter's finger. Don't waste your time and money.

I literally called them to make an appointment and they said I could come in now, and I said okay I’ll be there in 10 minutes if that works because I have to drive there? And they said no that doesn’t work and then literally just hung up on me? Their services are never good.Service: Acrylic nails

Went in to get my nails done. The guy (didn’t get his name because he did not say one word not even hi) smacked my hand with the nail file. He didn’t laugh or make a joke or anything. He then refused me to get regular polish. They didn’t have the color I wanted in gel. So I found a green color similar to what I wanted in gel and it turned light grey under the light. I told her I didn’t like the polish as he made his wife polish me. She rudely said I would have to pay more to change the color. Needless to say I will not go back and definitely did not give a tip. Today a friend and I went here to get our nails done. 10-13-21 we were greeted with " you have appointments l?" We said yea and picked our polish. I said down and showed the guy a picture. He immediately said "we don't do that" okay that was fine so I picked the polish that I wanted. It was regular polish not gel. He starts filing my nails and SMACKED my hand because I wasn't holding it how he wanted. He was very very rude. So we get to the polish and he makes me get gel. I told him they didn't have the color I wanted in gel. He said go look on the other wall. So fine, I find the closest color to what I wanted. He moved my stuff over to his wife without even saying anything. So she puts the color on. The green changed to grey under the light and I expressed that I did not like it and I wanted a different color because it had changed to a totally different color. She rudely told me it would cost more because it took a lot of time. So I leave with nails I don't like. She also gave me a dirty look when I didn't tip. I will never ever go back here. So unprofessional.

Two toe infections both times, went to complain about bad service after 1st time told not foot doctor. You try again do better wasn't better. No problem with taking money, will make trip to TD nail's in Grandforks never have problems there and don't get scolded by manager. Farther to drive with better quality and atmosphere .Service: Pedicures
