Gone here three years, Last time. Fees are Over $200.00!!!!& the guy named Steve is rude, no mercy. I didnt get a 1040 or a M1. I just recieved my w2 and my rebate paper back that was it. nothing showing what went where, both Federal and State.I think I shocked him by telling him about 31USC742 & Memhis Bank & Trust Co V. Garner 1983

Joanne was kind, informative, helpful, and our taxes were done very quickly. All in all a pleasant experience for something you need done. Will return to this H&R Block next year.

Good service, tax preparer went out of way to explain an area of concern. Would have give a 5 but price almost doubled since last year, seems like a stiff increase even with inflation issues.

My tax loan was denied within 6 hours. Dont see why its so hard to loan a couple hundred bucks when im getting $1200 back. Everyone else got loans but screw my life i guess.
