The staff here is generally friendly, and I had my cat vaccinated at this clinic. However, when I inquired about a stool diarrhea PCR test over the phone, the person who answered seemed uncertain and mentioned they didn't have information about it. This left me feeling confused because I would expect the staff to be knowledgeable about common tests. Despite this, I'm giving it four stars. I'll still come back for cat vaccinations and general information since the vet was very kind.

Dr. Tom is the best Vet anywhere. He is super nice and very compassionate. The staff is friendly and very helpful!

The staff are always very kind and do a wonderful job with my dog. They are very personable and truly care for the health of your pet. Had a wonderful conversation with one of the employees and also the Vet himself. Keep up the great work!

In the area from out of town and our chihuahua tangled with a Great Dane. They got us in right away and Dr. Rachel was fantastic. They took excellent care of our pup and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I have been blown away by the hospitality, and compassion Dr.Rachel and all of the staff at headwaters have towards myself, and my puppy! I have been very impressed by the communication and effort that has been shown over the last few weeks while we treat my puppies UTI. I would highly recommend making Headwaters your go-to vet in the Bemidji area.

Dr Rachel and Dr Tom are wonderful. Always take the time to listen to my concerns. Dr Tom takes great care of my dog with IBS and Dr Rachel made euthanizing my lab tolerable. Such a difficult day, they were able to get us in and had such compassion ?. I drive over 2 hours just to go there.
