i love this goodwill so much! it's always so clean and the staff is always so friendly and helpful, this is definitely my go to thrift store here in Bemidji. it's really gotten better over the last few months to. lost more cool stuff available and just a great experience! i go back time and time again.!

The store has gotten a lot better recently, a lot cleaner. Better product on the shelves and they must’ve gotten new lighting because it’s nice and bright! The prices are a lot better too!

I went to the Bemidji Goodwill and they didn’t have any changing rooms available. However, an employee told me I could bring back anything that didn’t fit within 7 days for a full refund so I got 8 things to try on. I live close by, so 45 minutes later I was back at the store for my refund for the items that didn't fit totaling just under $50, but was then told the refund is just for store credit. The voucher for store credit also states in small print that I have to use that within 30 days. When I told the employee I was not told about the store credit part they showed me a tiny print paper sign not visible from the front of the cash register with the policy on it. I’m on a really tight budget and $50 is a lot right now to spend unplanned. I don't want the store credit and don't have any items I need from there in the next 30 days. I certainly would not have tried on so many items in the most unconventional and inconvenient way possible if the policy had been clearly communicated to me. What a scam!

First Time & Last Time I will randomly checkout this place. This Goodwill is totally ghetto everything they have should be thrown in the garbage totally stinky, gross and disgusting ? seriously you all need to overhaul & rethink your choices you put on he shelves ?

Many people talk about the price of things here being high, I would disagree. However, I only go here to find trinkets so I'm not really looking at prices of other things. They dont have a lot of amazing things, but that just makes it even more rewarding when you find something you love. Overall I think this place is quite nice.

Michelle doesn't know what she's talking about. This is the perfect size goodwill. I always seem to find cool stuff and it's not picked through as much as the ones in the metro area.
