Was in town on vacation and had to leave my family and run to the walk-in clinic. Leaving the parking lot, my truck got stuck in reverse. Wasn’t sure how to fix it so I decided to call the dealership and ask. I was directed to Adam, who I told I was about 45 minutes from our cabin and we did not have a second vehicle with us. He immediately hopped in his truck and drove to me. Turns out it was an easy fix, but he got me on the road. You rarely find service like this this day and age. I'm very appreciative of him and would recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here.

I bought my 2016 Ford expedition brand new from this place. Still have it and love it! And the service I've gotten through the last few years has been so wonderful! Great customer service! Have to drive 2 hours to get there and they accommodate you with a free ride wherever u need and pickup. Very informative and keep us updated!

We had the accident on a Sunday and had it towed to Bob Lowth. Star called Monday and got everything lined up with insurance and our pickup was fixed right away. She kept us informed and did a great job. We are very impressed and tell our friends about the great service

I have been using these guys to service my Transit Connect Van. for at least 5 years. I recently bought a set of tires from them. They do a good job and have a pleasant waiting area with spotless bathrooms.

I scheduled an oil change and when I arrived asked if I could have the air conditioning looked at. Both services were done at the same appointment and I appreciated the efficient, convenient service. I was also able to redeem Ford award points for the completed service. A nice provided benefit.

I was driving through Bemidji to another location when my vehicle needed repairs. I was able to leave my vehicle at Bob Lowth Ford while they were closed. They communicated with us to let us know the issues, fixed the issues, and made arrangements for us to pick it back up on a different day they were closed. The staff at Bob Lowth was professional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

I needed a front end alignment. Appointment was for 1pm, I called at 4:45pm and was told 1,600$ for a control arm and both springs in the front needed to be replaced. That was another 4,000$. I would never go there again.
