Sadly our sweet elder dog had some medical issues and although we didn’t have a long relationship with this vet they were kind and gracious as we worked through having to say goodbye way too soon. Very thankful for how this clinic staff, from front desk to the Vets, took care of us and our girl.

My babygirl was in rough shape her lymes in full flare. They examined her and have her the necessary medications with the correct dosage and amount I am thrilled to finally be able to help her with these tick diseases. They gave her shots of the medications to speed the healing and help her pain, within a few hours she was sleepy and not in as much pain her yelping subsided and she could walk within two days. Thank you very much from Liliths whole family! My whole family is switching to your clinic!

Very nice building. Good feeling enviroment. Awesome staff very friendly knowledgeable and acommodating. We didnt have much money and baby girl was not ok. They fixed her up. And we walked out of there with mo ey left over. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys so so much!!!

You can't say enough good about them, in an emergency they got my babygirl in immediately and gave her shots for pain amd helped her tremendously. They were so sweet to her and very informative with us letting us know what was happening and what they were doing.

What an amazing facility! Very clean. But it was the staff that has now made me a lifetime customer. They were knowledgeable, caring, and yet professional. Top notch and I highly recommend!!!

I am beyond grateful to these vets. Animal Care Clinic botched my poly cats declaw and refused to see him soon after. He would’ve gotten a worse infection and lost his paw. They got him in in 45 minutes and took such care of him. They gave him a treat, wrapped him up when he was nervous, gave me options for faster healing, etc. I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Gabriel answered the phone with a smile and quickly put me in touch with Avery, a vet tech. Avery was very informative and took her time patiently answering all my questions about our dog's potential condition, explaining the lab results. When we had to come back for more diagnostic tests, they did not charge an additional office visit (which implies to me they care more about our pets well being than nickels and dimes).Dr Rhonan was also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly to us and to our dog, and I feel confident in her evaluation and diagnosis.Overall I had a great experience at Bemidji Animal Hospital, and will continue to bring both of my dogs back there for all of their veterinary needs!Thank you Bemidji Animal Hospital!

My visit to the vet hospital was exceptionally frustrating and, unfortunately, one of the worst experiences. The veterinarian seemed uncertain about my cat's litter box issues and hair loss. Despite a considerable investment in tests, I still couldn't obtain the answers I was looking for. Furthermore, the vet didn't engage in much conversation and hastily left the room. Due to these factors, it's safe to say it was one of the worst vet visits, and I've decided not to return.

Very kind people who have a lot of knowledge to share! They're gentle, laid back, and take their time getting to know your pet. My cat who's normally extremely anxious had no problem warming up to them. She got her shot without issues and we were out the door again. ☺️

Edited to add after their reply: Well they did call and leave a voicemail to reassure me they did find the missing paperwork and did destroy it. That's great news. I do wish they would have contacted me when they found it and let me know they destroyed it. It would have been the professional thing to do. Also perhaps a follow up from a manager or the vet who saw Milo to show their relief that he did pass a blockage and is doing better. I did ask the "new receptionist who couldn't find my paperwork," to please add that information to his file. I'm not 100% sure if she did or if this reply is solely because of my review. I should not have to leave this review in order to be contacted.I will be leaving this up and at two stars. I hope this helps them handle similar situations better for someone else. Milo is doing a lot better, has gained weight perfectly with no further issues.I had called about my new dog puking repeatedly, worried he had a blockage. They had an opening so we took it. $200 examination! They took him back for an Xray, cost? $250! I never got to see an xray, just them coming back telling me there is no blockage and suggesting I over fed him (impossible with how small his portions were). Regardless I got 4 anti vomit pills at $50 (they couldn't even give him the shot) and a lot of "he's fine." $500... Im extremely disappointed in the the price when I felt nothing was answered or figured out. I guess if they DID do the xray, we know he didn't have a twisted gut.---He DID end up having a temporary blockage. A big piece of tinfoil in his excrement, so no, he was not overfed. Something he got into at the previous owners home.---To follow that, we couldn't pay it all at once, so I filled out an agreement with my card number and the date to run it. I was able to pay early, so I called them to tell them to run the card on that agreement. They lost it. So a sheet of paper with my card number on it is floating around their office with no idea where it went. Luckily we have not seen any double charges or any random charges yet, so that's good.All in all, the prices are not affordable for the average pet owners. $500 for a quick examination (sitting and talking to me), xray, and 4 pills. They will allow you to make payments but you risk them losing that paperwork. They also were very worried about Parva and wanted to get his blood work to make sure he didn't test positive. But they didn't do it because the bill would of been almost $800! I just think it's ridiculous to charge that for a viral sickness you don't want spread. Help the owners out!I know all these 5 star reviews are either forged or from very high class clients who can afford to drop thousands!I hope to never need to bring my fur family back to this clinic in the future. Your pets do not have to cost you so much. There are better places to take them.

We had our female 6-month old dog Lagatha spayed and were impressed with the friendliness and expertise of the staff. Dr. Becker was able to perform the surgery right away, and Lagatha is recovering nicely.
