The storage location was easy to find and access and the process to start, pay and discontinue when I no longer needed storage was easy. Customer service representative, Maibel was very accommodating and helpful.

Storage unit is just what I needed. The security is amazing. I was also happy that I got to use my own padlock, I just feel like it adds the final touch, “YES i won’t have to remember more passcodes!”
