My dog, Thor is always so scared when I take him in, but the staff there is so patient with him and talk very calm to him, he seems to be getting better with them. Thank you for your patients

This vet clinic is pretty comparable in price. I believe it's fair. Dr. Rachel really listened and took care of my dog. She is absolutely amazing. The staff are also great and they really show care and concern for you and your furry friends. They all go above and beyond to make sure everything is good! They offer free coffee and bottled water to the clients!

First time visit. Staff and vets are so nice, even made my fur baby feel safe. Answered the many questions I had about said appointment and any others I could think of. Vets and staff were very patient with me. Fully recommend to anyone who needs a first time vet visit.

I am so, so thankful for this vet.I first rescued Loki from the side of the highway, and they were the only vet willing to take him in on the same day. Even with a busy schedule, they squeezed us in and were very thorough on making sure he got the best care.A couple of months later, unfortunately he had a spinal cord injury and threw a blood clot. I brought him back to Animal Care Clinic for a second opinion where I met Dr. Spencer, and to say she is less then amazing is an understatement. She explained in great detail everything she was doing, what she was looking for, and guided me every single step of the way through the longest two weeks of my life. She researched when I asked about laser therapy treatment, was available to contact with pictures/concerns I had while at home with him, and truly gave me hope when all hope was loss, but at the end when we had done everything we could she prepared me for the end. She was there when we laid Loki to rest, and despite being devastated to have lost my boy I am so thankful for Dr. Spencer and the Animal Care Clinic staff being so diligent, attentive, and loving for Loki. I know he got the best care, and best team behind him.I would absolutely, 1,000% recommend this vet.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic. They charge a hefty fee for a wellness checkup, which barely lasts five minutes and costs around $70 or something. On top of that, they tack on extra charges for additional services like physical exam. Seriously, What? Their prices for blood tests are exorbitant. While I can say that Bemidji Veterinary Hospital is the worst in Bemidji, this Animal Care Clinic is marginally better, with more knowledgeable vets. However, it's still extremely expensive, and the wellness checkup is unreasonable, especially considering they charge for other physical checks alongside it. When I inquired about this, they explained that wellness checkups and physical checkups are different, but the vet didn't do anything beyond answering my questions and examining my cat's teeth or breathing. The whole process takes less than five minutes, so I can't recommend this clinic. it's just slightly better than Bemidji Veterinary Hospital.

The vet is knowledgeable, and I've found it easy to get answers during check-ups. However, they sometimes suggest unnecessary tests, making the overall experience expensive. Despite this I'm satisfied with their service and would return if needed. Therefore I rate them four stars.
