“Our vehicle stalled out on the highway. We called BP and they had one of their guys out to toe us in within minutes and took a look at the car within an hour. Turned out Valvoline removed the air filter bracket when they serviced our car last and a fly made it into the MAF sensor. They cleaned it out and had us on our way. All this to say they could have saw the MAF sensor was failing and charge us a new part but instead they diagnosed the root cause. They where knowlagable and honest. Would recommend to anyone in the area or passing by.”

“Great tow shop excellent customer service, used to have a very great operator, then a thief and liar named Roman got a little jealous of said great operator and wove a tale that placed doubt in the owners mind causing the great one to be let go, and if that wasnt enough Roman took what he pleased from he who had far more to offer the company. So as for a company, I absolutely would recommend them over and over again to anybody I know, but just remember, there is a right way to do things, and there is a Roman way to do things....
