Bought a battery for my son's kayak..asked for advice..wanted something lighter weight for the kayak..sold me the Napa Legend Premium AGM technology. ETX9...$119 ..went to the cabin...realized not a deep cell...but cranking Amp battery...full charge only lasted about 90 minutes..being generous...tried to take back less than 2 weeks from purchase...with the intention to hopefully talk to someone who knew what I needed. NOPE re funds or no credit toward what I needed. Very disappointed ?..done shopping there.

They were so nice! They gave me suggestions on what to do about my battery, answered my questions, and seemed very accessible for assistance in future issues I may have. Will be frequenting there often.

I stopped in to buy some Permatex blue threadlocker for a part I just bought at Kibble Equipment next door. They had three options available. I chose the least expensive option that was $6.99 on the shelf. I was charged $7.49 plus tax. I brought it to their attention they needed to change the price taI was told those prices were supposed to update automatically. I’m not sure how price tags could ever uptake automatically, I’m pretty sure they would physically have to change them. They did offer to reimburse me for the difference. I would have rather they come out from behind the counter, verify what I brought to their attention, apologize for the pricing mistake, fix the price on the item and reimburse me for the difference.I will be very careful buying here if I need to again.

Did 30 min curb side pickup. Got a "your order is ready" within 10 min. Went to store Jessica walked out, checked my ID and put everything in the bed of my truck and away I went, could not have asked for better service.

This store closes before the hours online, showed up at 5:35pm and already closed when hours say til 6pm. Pretty stupid to close a store that early when most people are still coming home from work. I guess I'll just keep driving 20 miles to the nearest store. Bogus
