My last experience was better and quicker than the previous one. I was attended to as soon as I got there and my tire was corrected. I can’t remember his name but he was keen to my need and acted accordingly.

Had an oil change done with a tire rotation. Every thing went well until I was driving home from the cabin a few weeks later and got a flat tire. I then had to change the flat in on a sunny, 90+ degree heat day with a crying toddler. It turns out that the dealer ship over filled my tires by 16 PSI each, which caused my valve stem to leak. Don't get your vehicle serviced here.
On the positive side, I do get a good story to tell all my family and friends about why they shouldn't go to Matt Saxe because they won't even be able to get your tire pressure right. If they cant even fill your tires to the correct PSI, they are not capable of doing anything correctly.

Bought a used durango from this place, ran and drove great, only concern we had was that it might have been a smoker vehicle since it had been freshly detailed, they assured us it wasnt. they definitely did a good job covering it up since we didn't smell any air freshener, by the next morning when we got in it the next morning it stunk so bad we couldn't even drive it. Saxe said sorry you bought it as Is and suggested getting air freshners. now I have to sell it honestly since I'm not a scammer and don't cover things up, who knows what else they do to move inventory.

Sales person was great. But the owner Matt Saxe was absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. For speaking with an owner of a company he was the experience I ever had dealing with an owner.
