I've never had a pharmacy that fill medications more than a week after requesting them. They don't call or message that things are running longer or message when the prescription is ready even when they offered to set me up with the messaging system.I had pulled a neck muscle and was in severe pain. The prescription was sent early in the morning and they didn't bother to tell me that they not only didn't have the pain med in but that they hadn't been able to get it for months. It took me calling another pharmacy to find that out.Poor customer service and unorganized.

I have always had great service through the pharmacy. Yesterday, an on call Dr called in a new RX instructing me to start it immediately. The pharmacist noticed there possibly could be interactions between the new RX and my existing RX. I was very impressed he took the time to look into my existing and new RX!! Thank you!!!

Their service has really gone downhill the last couple years. I've told them 3 times now to cancel an auto renew for a script I no longer need. Today I called before I went over to see what scripts they had filled. They had filled my auto renew again! I told them cancel it and put it back, I would come pick up the other one that was ready. So when I got there, they canceled and put back the one I told them I wanted, and gave me the one I told them to turn off the auto refill for THREE TIMES!

Many times have we experienced it taking multiple days to fill a prescription. Just recently we were told after waiting 3 days and no phone call during that time that the antibiotics for my daughters uti won’t be there for another 4 days. This was on a Friday evening, which prevented us from allowing them to send the prescription to another pharmacy to fill that does have the antibiotics. Why would they not have called us on day 1 to inform us of this?

First, no one even read the drs orders for scripts, they billed me my co pay, and when I saw it was the wrong script they told me to come back and give them time to figure it out. Went back. Was harassed and argued with over them trying to bill me AGAIN, refused to look at my receipt, the PHARMACIST basically threw my medication at me. Saying just take it, he doesn't know what I want. I WANT RESPECT. I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE ARGUED WITH OVER NOT PAYING THEM TWICE. AND THE UNPROFESSIONALISM HERE IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Next time I will let them double bill my insurance and they can be the ones paying for their mistake, not the customer.

If I could give them no stars I would. Prescription was sent In yesterday and went to make sure it got filled and got told they didn’t start it and I would understand if it was at 9 am but it was sent over yesterday at 4 pm and then I went to pick it up at 6:15 pm October 4. Then when I asked how long this medication would have sat as un filled I got told they don’t have the resources and they are 150 prescription behind. If they don’t have the resources then why don’t they stop accepting new prescriptions. Why are they still open if the don’t have the resources to file commonly prescribed medications.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have given them my insurance so many times and every time I go they say they don’t have it and I need to pay out of pocket for the prescription. On top of that they act surprised whenever I say I need a prescription same day. They are negligent even on their best day.

I have never waited in a drive thru so long as I wait in Coburns pharmacy drive thru. I understand people are short staffed everywhere but if you can’t help people within 15 MINUTES of them sitting in the drive thru. Maybe close it down. DO BETTER COBURNS

Belle Plaine Coborn’s pharmacy - Consistently rude, snide, and appears that no one there enjoys working there or helping people. I never received a call to let me know that my prescription which was needed prior to an upcoming surgery, was there for pickup. So instead of them giving me a courtesy call, text, email, anything..they took it upon themselves to just cancel the order. When i arrived to pick it up, thinking that it had to be there even though i hadn't heard from them, they merely shrugged their shoulders, and walked away from the window. Had to re-order and come back again.The inconvenience really wasn’t the worst part. It’s their inability to communicate, empathize, or simply give good service. Normally i wouldn’t leave a review for just 1 bad experience, but this place is consistently bad.

They were helpful, courteous, and overall just professional. We got our covid vaccine shots in a quick and timely manner. GET YOUR BUTT VACCINED PEOPLE. "SCREW YOUR FREEDOMS. IT IS OUR DUTY TO EACH OTHER TO GET VACCINATED."
