Best moto dealer around. It is clear to me that Mike and Amber are community first. They are friendly, prompt and will go the extra mile for their customers. When I buy from Belle Plaine Motorsports I know where my money is going and how it will be re-invested into Belle Plaine proper as well as the Triumph enthusiast community. If I ever need anything, I know I can ask Mike to order it and he’ll have for me ASAP. If I want to just stop by to look around (which is a 40 min drive for me) I will be greeted on a first name basis with genuine smiles. I feel safe and values as a BPM customer and for that they will continue to get my business. Plus, no one knows more about Triumph than these folks.

we were sold a snowmobile over the phone by Mike. he verified it was for sale, not allready purchased and 100% available to me. this was a snoscoot for a 9yo girl. I was told to pick it up the following tuesday. picked my daughter up from school to go get it and called Mike to say we're on our way. we'll it turns out Mike's wife sold it. seems shady to me, he is the sales manager, he told me to cancel an order on a different snoscoot because the one he has is mine. I took a 250.00 hit for canceling the other backordered sled. now Mike won't sell me his and tried to find me one that's over $1,000.00 more for the same new sled as he was selling me. totally shady business practices......sure made my daughters smile dissappear fast.......

Mike and Team have been outstanding in taking care of some odd repairs on my Honda and Triumph. Communication in particular has been great, this is refreshing compared to other moto retailers in the metro.

These folks are great. I used to go to moto primo because it was closer but never again. they did my 12000 mile service and put on new tires and my Triumph runs and rides better than it did when it was new!

If you are considering buying a new or used bike check these guys out. Sales and service are old school EXCELLENT. No pressure, well informed, helpful and genuine. The serve department is top drawer and very responsive. Plus the ride to belle Plaine is always a joy to get out of the city.. check them out, great selection too.
