Mail consistently delivered to the wrong address. They've lost track of packages and certified mail. Very unhappy, and they even delivered a very expensive package to the wrong address and accepted someone else's signature for it. What is the point of requiring a signature if you just take anybody's signature?

$50 taken out of a card from my wife’s mother today and tax documents were opened in my PO Box a few days prior. So they’re pretty good at stealing your things, but not so timely in getting you your mail. Wish I had a better option, but I’m simply forced to deal with lazy thieves instead. Absolutely ridiculous. And then to be told there’s nothing they can do about it and given some bs reply about everything going through a sorting machine, etc. Waste of time to even bring it up.

I am just curious how on a Saturday my package has arrived at the PO, and by Monday it's running late or may be lost?? I try and get answers but no one ever answers the phone and I can't make it there during their regular business hours. On a positive note, my mail carrier, Sarah, is wonderful!

Racist lady at the counter yelled at me 3 times and called me really bad words. I've never felt so horrible in my life for trying to ship a package. I'm calling the BBB and "WONT" be back.

The mail carriers from this location never bring packages out. I always have to pick them up the post office regardless of size and the staff at the counter is always rude.

Awful awful awful!! Worst postal service ever!! They throw my mail on the ground, refuse to deliver my packages even for Christmas and jam my mailbox so full (when they actually do deliver packages) that it’s usually beat up and broken when i receive it. These jerks are a joke!!!

Seriously. Horrible. There’s been a couple of occasions where I’ve received “sorry we missed you” notices, never bothered knocking, I was home. Also a couple of times where they said they delivered a package, and I received nothing. 99% of the time when I have to speak to someone, they are very rude and unfriendly.
