I was blown away to see negative reports on MarineMax Bayport. I worked with Chris and Sheila and could not have been happier. Chris even found me a slip on the St. Croix, and not at his marina, when all the marinas had long waiting lists. He and Sheila were incredibly helpful in orchestrating my boat purchase. If he could just get the Mississippi back in its banks I would have to rate him at least a "6 stars".

Horrible customer service!! Tried to contact them through e mail and phone to look at a boat we were very serious about. No response, so we just drove over from Hudson. The minute we walked in the sales reps were full of attitude and were not at all interested in helping us. We mentioned the boat we were interested in looking at. They said it's not even in Bayport, that it's at the Rogers location. Waste of time! If someone would have responded to our e mail and our calls we would have known this. Which they admitted to seeing our e mail, and purposely dodged our phonecall!!! So then we drove all the way over to Rogers. Only to find out the boat is SOLD!!! Sales there were terrible too!!! Very disappointed! I'll spend my money elsewhere.
