Was vacuuming my car out and the two male employees turned off the vacuums completely. It’s 5:13pm and they close at 8pm (no bad weather in site). Really disappointed because I really needed a car vacuuming. Car wash is fully still going and I saw them smiling inside. So disappointed. A few minutes after seeing this post they quickly ran out and turned them on.

Go elsewhere. Vacuums don't work if you can get one, dryers barely work, no clean rags or cleaning solution. When I paid for my membership they said I had to do it on line since there were 2 cars. I was never able to use it because although they charged me for the membership, they couldn't find it because it was on the app, even though I had the sticker in the window. I never got one wash for 30 days of membership. I cancelled the other vehicle 30 days ago and they continue to charge me, and now they say they can't cancel it because I did it on line.

You'll have to wipe vehicle down after wash as it doesn't remove much of the water with blower.

It never washes the back of my car which is kinda annoying because I live down a dirt road and that's literally the dirtiest part haha. So if they can fix that somehow I'd give it a 5 star
Update still doesn't wash the back of my car and it's really annoying now

Broke my factory license plate off. Nothing came from this. The wash did not clean my vehicle. I was excited to see humans putting on a degreaser before the wash because I have worked in the detailing lane for some time. THE MOST EXPENSIVE LET DOWN IN MY 30 YEARS OF DRIVING AND USING A PUBLIC WASH.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I spent $30 on a car wash yesterday and couldn’t have been more disappointed. The back of my car didn’t even looked washed. I’m happier going to the car wash in Breezy. I won’t be going back.
