I agree with the rating below. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! There are 3 Verizon stores in Baxter and we don't need one that makes its living from scamming customers. They promised both of my 92 year old parents free phones and my husband an $11/mo version few weeks later, and all 3 were charged full price. Verizon customer service said there were no promos on those phones at that point in time. A $5/mo charge for upgraded Verizon cloud was also added to each line, without their knowledge or permission. When I challenged the store, they claimed that it "automatically" attaches to new lines and you just need to call to have it removed. I don't believe that's either true or even legal. I got a new phone from a different store and had no such charge. I was told they just realized that the promos weren't attaching to the phones and had turned in paperwork to correct it. So far the only correction that I've gotten is a small credit for each line from customer service to try to prevent me from breaking the contract and taking my business to T-mobile

This place has scammed my 73 year old mother twice now. The latest is telling her that her phone qualifies for a free upgrade and letting her leave with her old phone, she's super happy. Then they send an $800 bill and say you need to return the phone for the rebate... or you can upgrade your contract for an extra $15 a month for unlimited blah blah (she has unlimited everything already). I call Verizon corporate and they tell me her old phone DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A REBATE AT ALL, so Wireless Zone just ran a scam on her from the get go. The plan is simple, find old person let them think they get something for free then send a bill and tell them OOPS! you forgot to turn in the phone, oh shoot now it looks like Verizon is no longer accepting your old phone! Just terrible, so you owe $800, BUT I tell you what I can do for you, how about blah blah. These people are depraved.

This was the most convenient experience I have ever had with buying a phone! This whole process was under 10 minutes and required no waiting. Abby was very friendly, helpful and fast. Not to mention I ended up getting double the money off my trade in than I originally thought. She continued to go above and beyond when she sold me a screen protector and phone case to my liking after comparing them for me. This employee has very positively changed my point of view on buying new technology. Thank you Abby!

Stephanie located in the Baxter, MN Verizon store was one of the best customer service/Sales representative we have had in a long time. She is very knowledgeable in all products plus the very needed technical experience. There were other reps asking her questions about services and how tos. In this day and age……She has a highly sought after work ethic and strives to make sure the customers are treated with care.We give her our highest rating possible.Thank you for employing such great help

We went in to check on a new IPad for our grandson and Stephanie was awesome. She informed us of specials and updates that we were eligible for and was right there answering questions and setting up updates for our phones and Apple Watches. Of course we all dread having to go the phone store expecting its going to take up over an hour of our day. Woke up on a Monday with a completely dead phone that wouldn't turn back on. Kaitlin double checked the old phone to confirm it had expired & got me set up with a new phone with in an hour. She also was able to help a couple other customers, one a bit unhappy, with grace while my new phone was setting up. She's fun, friendly & efficient

I always go to this store vs the Verizon Corporate store. It has better hours and the staff seems more knowledgeable and willing to help and also help save money. I've always had an excellent experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else for help. I also love the Verizon products and network.

Kaitlyn was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She also knew how anxious I was going from a droid to an iPhone and took her time explaining things to me. She said she would be available to answer any questions I might have. I am very satisfied with my purchase so far and the help I received.

I had a great experience at Verizon mainly because Abby did such a great job! She is knowledgeable and very good at her job! We had a promotion on one of my two lines and she called corporate as it should have been a promotion on both! She was able to get this solved very quickly and saved my family lots of money! I was having trouble activating my new iPhone that I had ordered online through Verizon. I am so glad I went into this store — Kaitlin spent a good hour and a half troubleshooting and finally got my new phone all set up. She also made some excellent accessory recommendations that make life better/easier! As I waited for my phone to transfer all my apps and data, I saw the staff help several customers. Always with a service mentality. Always pleasant and polite. Check this place out. And thank you again, Kaitlin!

Best experience ever!! I went in looking for a phone case since I had recently broke mine. Very busy place, but Jessica got away from guest she was working with and helped me quickly find a case.During our short conversation, I mentioned about an Apple Watch. Within 20 mins I was waking out the door with a new watch, case for my phone and the best experience ever!!I would recommend them to anyone I know!! Top notch please
