Store is clean, but the employees are not welcoming. I always feel so uncomfortable in the store. They don't really talk and seem like they could just care less about you. There have been a couple employees that seemed nice, but my overall experiences have not been great.

I went here the other day with my fianće and mother-in-law. Everyone was so welcoming and fun! The store was clean and maintained well. This was before Christmas and it was busy but we were helped swifly. I was specifically helped by a lovely woman named Serenity. She shade matched me to perfection (concealer and foundation) and when I did my makeup I felt gorgeous! Thank you girl!❤️

Store is clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly most of the time...a few of them are extremely rude and full of attitude, but most are great! Overall customer service is pretty good, have had several pretty poor experiences at this location but those were just a couple incidents out of many visits so I do not hold that against the store.

This place is very uncomfortable to go to because I’m almost certain that they target individuals to harass and they constantly follow you around like you’re gonna steal stuff and make you feel like you’re just a criminal when you walk in the door. I recently got my eyebrows done with Anna (wax & tint). She was truly amazing and so helpful about talking me through the appointment. She is very knowledgeable and showed me what products would look best with my brows. Definitely rating here a 10/10 experience and will be returning!

I went to Ulta after a terrible dye job at a different salon just looking for a box dye to try to fix it. Jo the salon services manager came over to help and went above and beyond. She ended up taking the time to foil and fix my hair! She made sure I was happy with my hair and worked a miracle! I am so grateful and truly appreciate the service Jo and the other Ulta employees provided!
