John was incredible to work with. As a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect. But John was able to explain everything in a way that makes sense! Not only was he incredible to work with, but I feel as though we became friends throughout the home buying process. 110% would recommend working with John to anybody purchasing a home.

It was like working with a close friend, and he made the whole experience stress free and smooth. I'm not one to do bad reviews or reviews at all but I have to with this. I started my home buying process in February of 2022. It started out ok and then I found Refined Lending. I thought they were great at first. Super helpful wanting do do everything they could to get me into a house. I got a pre approval for a loan and started looking for houses. It did take sometime to find the right home but it finally happened in September of 2022. I put in my offer and it got approved by the seller and Refined Lending approved the loan amount. Then things started going down hill. IT was one thing after another right before we were supposed to close. I was then told that my wife had to be added to the loan (which whatever no big deal) Then it was o now your credit isn't good enough, then it was well I'm going to keep looking at options. During this time communication got less and less. I was reaching out daily and not getting a response for a day or two. I was pretty much begging for any information from them. as of the beginning of January I still have not closed on my house and decided it was time to see if anyone else could help us. Come to find out Refined Lending had pulled my Credit report 18 times since August! That is pretty much unheard of. It Caused my credit to drop significantly so I was no longer eligible for FHA/ USDA/ and down payment assistance. I would never wish this on anyone. And pray that no one else has to go through this as it is heart breaking and beyond stressful. I do not suggest refined lending and never will to anyone!

Kelly Woodman and John were life savers! We were first time homebuyers and wanted the house we got more than anything! Kelly was amazing in guiding us and helping us in every step of the way! If I could give her more stars I would. She worked quickly and made this stressful process stress free! She also gave us multiple options to make sure we were able to get our home! Kelly Woodman was amazing. She helped us every step if the way and answered all our questions effectively. When our appraisal recheck ended up falling on the day before closing, she rushed to get paperwork through and we were able to close on time! She was also great in helping me with some of my anxieties with buying a house!
