Body language is more relaxed, they're eating better, and I was able to get in some seriously good brushing sessions. They both have been snuggling with me more, sleeping with me at night (BOTH OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME, TOGETHER in the crook of my legs or the curve of my chest with my arm curled around them with minimal "arguing" almost all night) and acting much more loving, toward me and toward each other.
They've also become more patient with our new pup - witnessed my Jellybelly give our dog a headbutt and body rub with her tail held high and happy. Currently all three are cuddled up with me on the couch while I drink my morning coffee. This is new and wonderful. You have no idea how grateful I am to all of you... Not to mention your staff is incredibly sweet and caring. I've felt welcomed and comfortable both times now.
Your staff actually smiles and greets when we've come in. I feel like you all really love your jobs and that means the world to me....

On a personal level, the morning team lead Alexa and evening team lead Nate are both very competent, caring and hard working individuals.
During my time working at Pampered Pets, they both cared for the animals professionally and were great communicators.
The front of house team is fairly new, but great with people! Kari, Kate and Sandra all make things run smooth. They are using the best systems of communication in the industry and are consistently finding new ways to improve the customer experience.
The entire team has had some turnover in the last nine months. All for the better. As someone who was let go in that timeframe I can say that the business is moving forward well!
The entire team is great and growing to better themselves daily. The new ownership is equipping the team for success. I look forward to having a business to board my dog that I can trust.
I enjoyed working with the team and the animals.

15593 Edgewood Dr N, BaxterI had the opportunity to work with the team at Jack Pine Brewery for hosting a bridal shower in their Pioneer Room. The team was so accommodating and helpful (turned down the music in the event space, helped moved tables and chairs, and were there if we had any questions). There are plenty of tables and chairs in the space to use, and the projector system was a nice addition to the space. There is also a nice cut out in the wall that is perfect for the food station and there was a sliding door that allowed us to close the room off to the main area. With the rental of the room we got some drink tokens, which were a hit. 5/5 stars for the Jack Pine team and space! We hope to utilize the space again in the future!
