Terrible dealership. Tried to buy a used car from Zach who told me three different times over a period of three days that the car had already been sold, or that there was a customer coming in to buy it, so they couldn't promise it would be available to test drive. I was coming from Mpls so it was a 2hr drive for me. Also telling me in the same breath that it wasn't ready for me to test drive yet as it was still going through inspection and detailing. He changed his story three times before I even set out to test drive the car. I couldn't believe the tactics he tried to create desperation to get the car BEFORE I EVEN TEST DROVE IT. He is dishonest and wasted three days of my time. Learned my lesson.

Mills Honda was a great company to work with. After having a bad experience at another local dealership, we were so pleased with the costumer service at Mills. Todd, the salesman that helped us, was incredibly kind, helpful and thorough. We were well taken care of! Prices and trade-in offer were both very fair as well. I can't recommend Mills Honda enough!!!

I purchased my second Honda Ridgeline from this dealership and it was a excellent trouble free experience!! The professionalism and knowledge of Scott the used car manager was outstanding in assisting me to find the perfect vehicle.Also the help and expertise of Jake the technician servicing my new ride. Also another technician Brian's input in answering all my questions.And lastly Jon the parts supervisor for helping choose some accessories and Joseph the business manager for the professional delivery and finding me the extended service contract that fit my needs.The entire operation is a CLASS ACT !! I went in with a trade in and when I walked in, I felt I was set up for failure. They didn't work with me on price, I felt I was being talked down to. The person I started out with bailed with no notification of being gone and I worked with a complete stranger. They under cut me in my trade in via KBB. I work at a school HOURLY and I'm single. . . So, I know I don't have the income like a married couple. I'm working with the cards life has handed me. I'm trying to make it solo!! Thank you for reminding me I can't make it no matter how hard I try. It just broke my heart they wouldn't work with me. They never checked my credit or anything. I walked out in darn near tears and a broken heart again. The service guy who looked at my vehicle needs to work on mannerisms and pull the stick out of his a*** I'm a person. . . Not a dollar sign. I WOULDN'T recommend this business. I really hate being set up for failure.

We bought a new CRV in February 2021 and have enjoyed it tremendously. Except the Sirius radio, maps, Siri, etc. We were trying to figure it out on our own, but weren’t very successful. We went in to the showroom and Todd helped us but told us to come back when Tyler (their techie guy) would be there. We did and we were amazed at how cool everything is. It was explained in ways that we can get the most out of our radio. There’s so much to know and it was super cool. We were treated like we came in to purchase another new car. We have always been treated with the utmost respect at Honda in Baxter. What a great business!!

I’ve had great experiences with Mills Honda! I went in in March to purchase a new vehicle and 2 days later walked out with a brand new 2020 Honda Civic. My boyfriend went in today just to browse, wasn’t expecting to purchase today but drove off in a new vehicle as well. The salesman who helped us both was Todd and he does amazing at his job!!

Emailed them for a service Quote, They responded in a timely manner and gave me a quote and I set up an appointment. Appt went on time and I was out the door exactly as they stated. Service and Car was perfect and the cost was exactly what they quoted. No upsell for anything. All employees were very friendly and professional. I will be back for my next service. 2016 Honda Civic

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Call and leave a message and no one returns your phone call. Promised to receive information via e-mail and it's been a week and still no e-mail. Took the car in for repair of a catalytic converter. Was given an off brand converter and not even given the option of purchasing the Honda part. Had to go back in less than 3 weeks later because of the same problem. They do not honor their work and make a lot of empty promises. Too bad because we are in the market for a new car. If they treat their customers this way how can I justify purchasing a new car from them.

Gotta shout out to the service department for the quick, friendly and enthusiastic work they do. Oh, and by the way, my Native American husband and I have always been treated like rockstars. What a dam joke Mills Honda in brainerd is. Had they really looked over the truck I got like they claim I wouldn't have had to drive off the lot with a dam headlight out & an empty gas tank. Yes they fixed next day but still unprofessional. Lied about paperwork to my 79yo grandma and i. Seriously they sent the application to 19 different places all in the same day minutes apart, thus causing my credit score to drop.
