DO NOT USE. SCAM. Cannot stress this enough. Worst experience I have had in almost a decade using multiple storage units from Alaska to Alabama, BY A LOT.
Received NO notice that autopay failed until over a week later, and was charged TWO NSF fees on the same day AND a late fee. For a month and a few days in a "web special $39" 5'x10' unit without climate control or even exterior security fencing or gated entry, I was charged well over $200.
Edited to add: They refused to accept payment AND refused to schedule a move-out, leaving them the right to continue to charge me month after month, and of course, accrue late fees!

Customer service was very friendly and very helpful I would recommend anybody looking to rent a storage to go to KO storage.

I liked the online application process. Jason reached out to see if I needed anything. Very easy to select a storage unit and set-up payment. I would recommend the KO storage facility.

Great experience! I used them for over 2 years but when we had to move states it was extremely easy. The building manager was great and extremely helpful despite us having to leave the state fast. Highly recommend using KO storage of Baxter units.
