I came in at open this morning (8/4) and Matt asked me what I was shopping for. I told him that I was shopping for golf tees and balls and he pointed me in the right direction for my supplies. It took me a moment to figure out which golf balls I wanted to purchase and by the time I had figured out which one, I completely forgot about the tees I needed to purchase. Upon checking out, Matt noticed I only had golf balls and no tees and reminded me of it. Thanks to Matt, I was able to get everything I came there for!!

I was looking for a pair shoes, after waiting for 10 minutes no one offered to help me, I didn't even see anyone working in the department, really dissatisfied, I found a pair of shoes on my own. When I went to check out to cashier wanted my phone number for rewards. I declined, however if she have smiled and told me the benefits of your rewards program maybe I would have been more receptive. 2 stars is generous. I work in guest service everyday. Your staff needs to work on there service.

Almost doesn't even feel like a store anymore...more like the warehouse for online orders. Sad variety of things, but an abundance of kayaks. Socks were mislabeled to the point where I didn't even buy any to avoid awkwardness. Might be good for kids sports equipment but otherwise fleet farm covers all the bases.

Not happy with the the selection of hiking shoes. Onlyhad one kind and only had the high tops. They had several shoes for kids and running shoes but nothing for hiking. Very disappointed with this store.

The staff at the Baxter location is so nice and thw customer service is top notch. My son and I went in there because he wanted a new basketball. I wish I had gotten her name but whoever was working in the basketball area around 530 or so was so nice and informative. When we got up to the register to check out the guy behind the counter, Matt I believe was his name. His badge said front lead, I believe. He was equally as nice and informative and made our experience there a great one. I have high expectations of people in customer service as I own 2 businesses, and they exceeded my expectations! Thank you guys!
