What an awesome job and your gentlemen did everything that put a smile on my face all my stuff is hooked up.I couldn’t ask for anymore, but I want to thank you and your company. Watching everything all summer was very exciting and I couldn’t wait for the day to be hooked up. Thank you so much for being so professional and helping our household out. I called because of issues with internet. Paul walked us thru several possibilities and non worked. He requested a tech come to house and he was servicing another close by so here in 15-20 minutes. Installed new router and did more tweaks on fiber optics . He was pleasant and fast. It was great!!

We only have internet & virus protection thru CTC but their customer service has always been A+ with prompt service and answers to all my questions. Their tech team is always polite and knowledgeable with any question or problem. Highly recommend!

When we first received it out was great! After about 6 months it started slowing down. It's not horrible but it's not as good as it once was.

I love the internet service that CTC provides for us near Merrifield. The internet service is fast and reliable. The cost for the service is reasonable. They provide excellent 24 hour tech support especially when switching email providers. I have used their service for over 10 years.

Because of recent changes, I didn't get the passwords for my accounts changed in due course, and Lucas helped me. He was polite, cheerful, courteous, and got everything changed. We tested it, and my email now works perfectly again via CTC, as it has done for two decades! Thank you to Lucas, and to the rest of the CTC team that has been helping me for over 20 years! We have been customers of CTC for over 33 years and have never had any problems.The installation of the internet in the rural area of 29th Ave SW of Pequot Lakes was a great addition to our quality of life back in the early 2000's. If ever there is a problem with TV or Internet I receive courteous help within an hour or two. Thank you and keep up the good work.

From the customer service person on the phone to the representative that came to our house the service was five star plus. They are quick to find the problem and quick to get to our house within 24 hours to fix the problem. The best customer service around!

I have been a customer with my local phone company since 1973. Wouldn't have anyone else.Everyone is so polite. Everyone from the office person, to the tech support, to the repair man who I needed after the cable was cut during construction.

CTC installed internet service at our new construction site and WOW, were we impressed! They have courteous & knowledgeable staff and every phase of the install was completed as scheduled and on time! Highly recommend!!

The tech that came to our home did a great job troubleshooting and then fixing our problems. The service was prompt and he was very courteous.
