Under staffed for morning rush and evening rush. Always a huge line and only one cashier. The coffee machines always have Flys buzzing around, and the bean hoppers look like they have never been cleaned, there all greasy. Maybe why the Flys are there.

Never had such a terrible experience with a Casey before...that was until I stopped at the 13991 Baxter dr location around 16:00 on 9-17-24. The associate Anthony had no idea how to operate the till. You have employees standing around watching the check out line back up to the back cooler wall. Your associate Jim was really rude. I don't know if that's a member of your management team. Thought I'd share this with whom it may concern. Because this will be the last time I'll be visiting that location.

I had a free Dr. pepper coupon in the app that expires today but I was really looking forward to using and it says Casey’s closes at 10pm. Website says so too. I arrived at 9:48pm. 12 minutes before and the whole inside was dark and locked up. Some employee left too early! And did not get my free bottle :,(

I made an order waited 30 minutes and they weren’t even started on my order. They open a burrito and just put it in a bowl and two cheese on it. Worst service I’ve ever had at any Gas station makes me sad cause I usually will drive extra just for Casey’s and this place makes me never want to come back the works don’t want to work I even heard her say she seen the order but that she wasn’t going to do it so the guy grabs a burrito And tell her to put it in a bowl sad

About 10:00am -10:25am I went in to get cigarettes and ice. As I got to the counter the young man didn't make me feel welcomed, as I asked for the cigarettes he didnt ask for my ID before i handed him it to him. He just looked at the year on my ID and said "can't sell them to you. You were born in 2003." I explained to him I turned 21 earlier this year and to scan it. Thankfully he did and got my cigarettes. When I was about to leave someone else asked for cigarettes as well and they didn't even ask them and they looked the same age as me. That whole thing just ruined my mood for the day.

So they close for take out and delivery at 10pm, which I called for pick up order at 9:10pm, and they said they was closed how ? oh ok
