Very clean store. We stopped only because we were in the mall and they were having a sale. We walked out with way more than we wanted, which was amazing.

Your new return policy is bullcrap. If I have a receipt I should be able to return unused products no matter how long it has been. It's not like I am trying to exchange the item for a more expensive one, I am trying to get the amount I spent on it back.

Super irritated. Went into this store and trying to teach my 14 year old daughter about being kind and respectful. Tried to give her 10.00 off 40 coupon to a young man and in front of a store full of people the employee said sternly if u want to continue to receive coupons you can't coupon share. Fine I understand your policy? But she was very rude about it. Won't be back and she was a very loyal teenager. That bought lots of stuff at your store

i have recently gone through a breakup so i came in to get my ex Edward's scent, champagne toast. i also just so happened to have just gotten my eyes dilated at the eye doctor so when i walked in, the overpowering smell of the candles upfront made me tear up so badly that i nearly ran into the greeter upfront. i did end up grabbing the right bottle of perfume though regardless of not being able to see, smells just like edward!

Excellent help from Tiffany and Caitlin. Sent myhusband in to the store to pick up a few things and these 2 gals were amazing. They really went the extra mile to get everything on the list and more. The sale is so great too.
