The crew at Dixon dropped what they were doing to test my alternator, diagnose the issue and install the needed parts to return it to functioning condition. After installing the repaired alternator, I was still having problems. They took a phone call and clarified what should be happening. I subsequently found a short in the wiring harness, repair it and salvage an enjoyable racing weekend! The staff was friendly, informative and helpful to a stranger in need.
