My buddy's battery quit on him during our ride, and we happened across Napa. I said we should stop and see if they have any power sports batteries. Well, they didn't have an exact one, but Chris went way out of his way to help us. He checked around to some other dealers in town, and nobody had the size he needed, but Chris didn't give up. We were just about ready to cancel the rest of our trip and head for home when Chris came out with a battery that we could make fit and made a pigtail to extend the positive cable so it would work. I can't say enough for helping a couple of strangers on the road. Please support this great guy and his store.

I stopped in to check my vehicle's battery. The staff was very helpful. Not only did they test my old battery they installed a new one at no additional charge. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

These guys are great. They go way out of their way to help a stranger. My truck blew a right front steer. They don't have service truck but Chris brought a tire and rim, along with a jack, about 16 miles south of town and basically changed my tire on my semi truck. I thought the price was more than fair. After all, I was stranded, but they didn't take advantage of me.ThanksDaniel Herron
