I paid $400 In October to have my 22’ pontoon shrink wrapped and stored for the winter. When I picked it up July 1 I found my pontoon in a state of neglect as shrink wrap had failed some time ago and no attempt had been made to re-wrap or notify me. No refund (even partial) was offered. I was extremely disappointed as canvas top was laying in in a wet and mildewed pile and floor area full of tree debris.

I had a lift tech motor that wasn't functioning. Sheldon's crew did a good job testing it out and letting me know what it would take to fix it. I ended up buying a new motor, and the price seemed fair.

We bought a jet ski from Sheldon’s two years ago. We used it about 4 times before it broke. We took it back to be repaired. THEY KEPT IT FOR TWO YEARS with excuse after excuse as to why they hadn’t fixed it. We finally got the jet ski back yesterday. The gas in it was bad because they hadn’t drained it before they stored it. The spark plugs were corroded and had to be replaced. And guess what???? IT’S STILL BROKEN!! My nephew used it for about two hours, and it has the same exact problem we took it in for two years ago. Every experience I have had with this shop has been horrible. They are rude, dishonest, unprofessional, and condescending. I will be demanding they return the purchase price of the jet ski. Do not trust this business.
